Anima–February Adoption (C1784-Pockets)!

<12-02-2018> Pockets was adopted by Ms. Faustino on 12th February 2018! C1784-Pockets (M), was rescued by Anima on 24th November 2017 when was around 2.5 months old, after a call from Ms. Chio reporting that a kitten was found on street. C1784-Pockets was checked by our vet and dewormed. He had eyes problems at that time. Now he has recovered and was adopted! Thanks Ms. Faustino! Please Adopt and never Buy! Anima–February Rescue (C1841-C1844)!

<12-02-2018> C1841-Rikke (F), around two years old, C1842-Rilla (F), around three years old, C1843-Rita (F) around two years old and C1844-Riya (F), around ten months old, were rescued by Anima on 12th February 2018, after a call from IACM reporting that they don’t have enough space for the cats. All of them were spayed at IACM. They were checked by our vet and dewormed. Anima and IACM are cooperating in order to save as many animals as possible! Thanks IACM! Please help us to help them! Anima–SPP Return (SPP1993, SPP1995)!

<11-02-2018> SPP1993-Shar Pei (M), around two years old, SPP1994-Siu Hac (M), around three years old, SPP1995-On Chai (M), around two years old, now under our Special Protection Program, were rescued by Anima on 4th February during our daily feeding. They live in Coloane and under Mr. Yip’s responsibility. Our rescue team found that they lost appetite and were worried that all had Canine Distemper. We sent them to a clinic for test. SPP1993-Shar Pei and SPP1995-On Chai had Canine Distemper and Tick Fever. SPP1994-Siu Hac had Canine Distemper. They had stayed in the clinic for treatment. Yesterday SPP1994-Siu Hac had recovered and returned to his place. Today SPP1993-Sher Pei and SPP1995-On Chai also recovered and could return to their place Mr. Yip will take care of them in the area. Please help us to help them! Never Abandon your pets! <11-02-2018> Suki was adopted by Ms. So on 11th February 2018! C1807-Suki (F) , C1805-Sila (F), C1806-Silja (F) and C1808-Sliver (M), were rescued by Anima on 14th December 2017, after a call from IACM reporting that they don’t have enough space for the cats. <11-02-2018> Marlboro was adopted by Ms. Wong on 11th February 2018! C1269-Marlboro (M), was rescued by Anima on 25th August 2016 when was around one year old, after a call from Mr. Sio reporting that a cat was found dying in O Porto Interior with a pet carrier beside him. Anima–February Rescue (C1840-Baka)!

<11-02-2018> C1840-Baka (M), around one year old, was rescued by Anima on 11th February 2018, after a call from Mr. Yung reporting that there was a cat in the Edf. (building) San Mei On and it seems in high fever. He asked us for help. C1840-Baka was checked by our vet. He has eyes and nose discharge with high fever. Anima-Interact Club of Sheung Kung Hui helped us!

<10-02-2018> Today, 68 people visited us, four of them were from the Interact Club of Sheung Kung Hui Choi Kou school that came to our Cat’s Paradise as volunteers! Thanks for your strong support! Education is the key issue for changing the cruelty environment against animals. Pets are for life! More and more visitors come to Anima! In 2017, we had 9,251 visitors an increase of 23% as compared with 7,519 in 2016! 137 groups of schools, associations, companies and friends have visited us. We were in 34 events organized by friends or by us! In January 2018, we had 655 visitors! Anima–February Sad News (SPPC1837-Sara)!

<10-02-2018> SPPC1837-Sara (F) and SPPC1838-Laurel (F), both around seven months old,  under our Special Protection Program, were rescued by Anima on 4th February 2018 through Michele. They were found sick, vomiting and not eating. The blood test showed SPPC1837-Sara was anemic with renal problem and infection. She was also dehydrated and with hypothermia. We put her under fluid dripping with warm bag. Unfortunately we found SPPC1837-Sara passed away this morning. R.I.P. my friend! Please help us to help them! Never Abandon your pet! <10-02-2018> Cass was adopted by Ms. Ho on 10th February 2018! C1822-Cass (F), was rescued by Anima on 8th January 2018 when was around 1.5 months old, after a call from Mr. Chan reporting that a kitten was found in a bank near Nam Van, with a dead body of her sibling beside.
