Anima-December Sad News (C1745-Danica)!

<03-12-2017> C1744-Dann (M) , C1745-Danica (F) and C1746-Davis (M), were rescued by Anima on 1st November 2017 when all around four months old, after a call from Mr. Ng saying that he used to feed a mother cat in the site of Toi Shan Market. The mother cat gave birth to seven kittens some months ago. He asked us for help. Our rescue team set up two traps there and caught them. They were checked by out vet and stayed with us. On 1st December,  C1745-Danica and her sibling C1742-Daphne were sent to a clinic as it was suspected they have cat flu. C1745-Danica was found in low temperature, anemia and low glucose in blood. Unfortunately C1745-Danica passed away during treatment in the clinic. R.I.P. my friend! Please help us to help them! Never Abandon your pet! Anima-December Adoption (C1673-Hector)!

<03-12-2017> Hector was adopted by Ms. Choy on 3rd December 2017! C1672-Hayden (M), C1673-Hector (M) and C1674-Heath (M), were rescued by Anima on 25th July 2017 when they were around one month old, after a call from Ms. Kan reporting that four kittens were trapped in the trail of Small Taipa. Ms. Kan contacted the fire department to help. On 22nd July 2017 they were caught and delivered to Anima. C1673-Hector had stayed with us and now was adopted. Thanks Ms. Choy! Anima in Macao Catholic Family Advisory Council event!

<02-12-2017> Anima had participated in the event organized by the Macao Catholic Family Advisory Council at Lok Ieong Fa Yuen on last Saturday afternoon! Our Vice President Mr. Billy represented us  attending the event. Also we set up an adoption counter and brought our Anima Mascot Dog "Neve" there and one volunteer helped us! Anima-December Rescue (1942-1948)!

<02-12-2017> Seven puppies, 1942-Ditte (F), 1943-Diza (F), 1944-Durian (F), 1945-Daylen (M), 1946-Dickson (M), 1947-Domingo (M) and 1948-Dominic (M), all  around 2.5 months old, were rescued by Anima on 2nd December 2017 in the morning outside our shelter. They were in a cage and abandoned. As our shelter is completely full, we can only send them to IACM at this moment. We will find a space for them and collect them back as soon as possible. Anima-December Sad News (C1678-Lenny)!

<02-12-2017> C1677-Levis (M) and C1678-Lenny (M), were rescued by Anima on 27th July 2017 when they were around two years old, after a call from IACM reporting that they don't have enough space for the cats in the kennel as they need that space for more rescues. They were all neutered and vaccinated by IACM. They had stayed at our Cats' Paradise since that time. Unfortunately, C1678-Lenny was found dead this morning. Anima-Hong Kong TVB News visited us!

<01-12-2017> Today, 22 people visited us, two of them were from Hong Kong TVB News channel that came to interview us at our Dog Shelter regarding greyhounds in Macau! Our Anima President Mr. Albano and the greyhound lover, Ms. Edith Lam were in the interview! Thanks for your strong support! Education is the key issue for changing the cruelty environment against animals. Pets are for life!ˇ More and more visitors come to Anima! In 2016, we had 7,519 visitors an increase of 30.4% as compared with 5,768 in 2015! 128 groups of schools, associations, companies and friends have visited us, an increase of 85.8%! This year, up to November 2017, Anima received 8,497 visitors, an increase of 32.6% as compared with the same period of last year. 131 groups of schools, associations, companies and friends have visited us, an increase of 35.1%, and we have been in 30 events organized by friends or by us! Anima-Temporary Accommodation (1625-Wallace)!

<01-12-2017> Wallace will be temporarily accommodated in Anima for 45 days! 1625-Wallace was adopted by Mr. Mario Rui on 13th February 2016 and is now accommodated in Anima for 45 days until he can travel back to Portugal with Mr. Mario. 1625-Wallace, 1626-Walmond and 1627-Wardell, were rescued by Anima on 6th January 2016 when all two weeks old, after a call from Billy, our vice-president, reporting that Ms. Ian referred to him that they were alone, as several mothers in a construction site were caught by IACM. If you adopt an animal from us you have the privilege to leave your animal in Anima during 15 days free of charge during the first year of adoption provided we have space. Anima-December Sad News (C1743, C1744, C1746)!

<01-12-2017> C1743-Darold (M), C1744-Daan (M) and C1746-Davis , were rescued by Anima on 1st November 2017 when they were around four months old, after a call from Mr. Ng saying that he used to feed a mother cat in the site of Toi Shan Market. The mother cat gave birth to seven kittens some months ago. He asked us for help. Our rescue team set up two traps and caught the kittens C1743-Darold, C1744-Daan and C1746-Davis. Last week they had fever and were very weak. C1744-Daan was found apathetic, dehydrated and in low temperature. He needed dripping and force feeding. C1743-Darold and C1744-Daan were sent to a clinic this morning, unfortunately they passed away before arriving there. C1746-Davis also found passed away  this morning. R.I.P. my friend! Anima-November Rescue and Sad News (B087-Kem)!

<30-11-2017> B087-Kem was rescued by Anima on 30th November 2017 after a call from Ms. Sou reporting she found an injured bird near Sunrise Cafe. She asked us for help.
