Anima – 2016 Fundraising for Homeless Animals Campaign!

From our Special Protection Program (SPP) Affairs Committee: Anima's Committee for the Special Protection Programme (SPP) Affairs is to hold its annual "Fundraising for Homeless Animals" from 8th January to 20th May 2016. This is our 9th fundraising and hopefully there will be many more to come! The price of each lucky draw ticket is MOP 20.00 All money raised in this campaign will go toward Lugwig’s Fund for helping homeless animals. 2016 Fundraising for Homeless Animals

Anima held the 2016 Fundraising for Homeless Animals –Woofing for a Cause,  today in the fountain area of Ocean Gardens. A Macau Dog Lover and a great supporter of this fundraising who wished to remain anonymous sponsored to Anima  the amount of MOP$200.00 for each dog present at this event, where photo session and snacks were available. Anima – February 28th Adoption Day in Flower City!

Beginning in February 2016, Anima will hold two adoption days outside of Anima on the second and last Sunday of every month. Around 241 people have visited us at Flower City in Taipa today! We were supported by 11 volunteers, Lily, Carmen, Kris, Diana, Christian, Cherry, Martha, Iris, Wengin, Carmanda and Cristy, and we took eight of our dogs. Around 220 people have visited us in Lok Yeong Fa Yuen in Fai Chi Kei today! This time we have a strong support from Exmoo News! We were also supported by 16 volunteers, Katherine, Constance, Cman, Justino, Nic Lao, Cherry Loi, Cathy, Vivian, Rainne, Wing, Oscar, Kason, Ceci, Teresa, Kayo and Kris, and we took nine of our dogs. Today in the adoption day we received four applications for volunteer, eight applications for godparent, three member applications and 12 adoption applications!
