Anima-Campaign #SaveAnima

<09-08-2021> We'll have no funds at the end of this month! Our budget for 2021 was approved to round 10.7 million patacas. However, we have received from Macau Foundation 4.5 million patacas and 500,000 will only be provided in the beginning of next year. We have asked casinos for support but up to now we still didn’t receive any answer. We need to find at least around 4 million patacas to survive until we are capable to generate other funds to pay our budget expenses! For next month of September we may need around 800 thousand patacas! We have around 400 dogs in our Dogs' Shelter and around 300 cats in our Cats' Paradise! Plus, over 500 dogs and cats living out of our shelters, under Anima's Special Protection Program (SPP). Anima-Donation from ITSAA (old IFT)!

<05-07-2021> Today, Anima received a generous donation from Institute for Tourism Studies Alumni Association in our Dogs’ Shelter. The IFT Alumni Annual Dinner 2021 was successfully held on 30th April 2021 at the Macau Oasis, Galaxy Hotel. This event was hosted by IFT Alumni Association and organized by Macao Institute for Tourism Studies and year 2A students of Tourism Event Management. All proceeds of the event (in total MOP 32,724.52) were donated to ANIMA, to provide financial support for homeless animals. Kind regards to all of you! Anima in IAM initiative “Seja um dono responsável”!

<15-05-2021> Today, Anima attended IAM initiative “Seja um dono responsável – Cuide do seu animal de estimação para sempre” (Be a responsible owner – Take care of your pet forever). The event took place in Seac Pai Van and around 40 people participated. Our dogs 849-Fei Jai and 1204-Maxi joined us and Anima counted with the help of three volunteers. Thank you for your support. Anima Cannot Die – Please Help us to Help Them!

<24-01-2021> Anima cannot die! Please help us to help them! We are facing financial hardships because of COVID-19. The COVID-19 Pandemic forced many of our supporters to cancel or reduce their support. We have around 400 dogs in our Dog Shelter and around 300 cats in our Cat Paradise! Also, over 500 dogs and cats who are living outside ANIMA in streets or sites are under ANIMA's Special Protection Program (SPP). We are providing them food, medication and necessary welfare, within our financial capabilities. We have some animals in our shelters that have medical needs, and food is also a priority. On 31st December 2020, ANIMA rescued 10 cats from IAM Macau Kennel and on 22nd January 2021, 10 more cats were rescued from IAM Macau Kennel again. Anima-Press Conference at our Cats’ Paradise!

<21-01-2021> Today Anima had a Press Conference, in the afternoon at Cats Paradise, located at Estrada do. Campo, n.16 R/C, Coloane Village. The event was attended by our Life Honorary President (Mr. Albano), together with our President and Manager of the Executive Committee (Ms. Zoe and Ms. Mandy, respectively), our Treasury (Ms. Kiko), helped by TDM and Exmoo reporters. The Conference was about the animals’ welfare situation in Macau and a scenario of growing financial difficulties this year. Around 32 people have visited us!
