<23-04-2021> B210-Greenie, an adult conure, was rescued by Anima on 23rd April 2021, after being found by Mr. O who oversees A-Ma Temple, reporting that a parrot, B210-Greenie was found in the temple. He asked us to help. B210-Greenie is very skinny. He has a pink metal leg ring in the left leg with tag ''Hill6487''. B210-Greenie will be fostered by our staff. Thanks, Mr. O! Anima-April Rescue (2361, 2362)!

<23-04-2021> 2361-On On (M) and his sibling, 2362-Lok Lok III (M), around one and a half year old, were rescued by Anima on 23rd April 2021, after a call from an individual volunteer, Ms. Chan, regarding that she is taking care of 2361-On On and 2362-Lok Lok III in the Gas Station at T. de Combustíveis do Parque de Ka-Ho, one year ago. 2362-Lok Lok had a car accident in February and his back hind leg was fractured. He received a surgery in a clinic and returned to his place. According to the vet, Lok Lok III will need time to recover. In this situation, he will not be able to live in his former area (Gas Station) anymore. Both, 2361-On On and 2362-Lok Lok III were welcome to our Dogs’ Shelter. Never Abandon your pets! Anima–April Rescue (C2576-Bellamy)!

<22-04-2021> C2576-Bellamy (F), around one and a half month old, was rescued by Anima on 22nd April 2021, after a call from Ms. Chou reporting that she found a very weak kitten, C2576-Bellamy, lying in the middle of the street in Avenida 1 de Maio. Since the kitten was in danger because of the car traffic, Ms. Chou asked us help. Rescue team went to the site and Bellamy was brought to our Cats’ Paradise. Thanks for your help, Ms. Chou! Anima–April Rescue (C2575-Kiki)!

<20-04-2021> C2575-Kiki (F), around four years old, were rescued by Anima on 20th April 2021, after a call from Ms. Lu reporting that she found a very weak cat lying next to the bus stop on Rua do Campo. Rescue team went to site immediately and sent the cat to a clinic. Kiki was full of eyes discharge and not very active. According to the vet, she has a lot of fleas and malnutrition. Blood test results showed severe anemia and she has renal failure. C2575-Kiki will be hospitalized in the vet clinic for treatment. Thanks, Ms. Lu! Never Abandon your pets! <19-04-2021> B209-Skippy, a baby dove, was rescued by Anima on 19th April 2021, after being found by one of our staff member reporting that there was a dove sitting on the ground in our Cats’ Paradise. There is a nest on a tree nearby, but it was high to put him back. <13-04-2021> B208-Small, a baby bird, was rescued by Anima on 13th April 2021, after receiving a call from Ms. Hong reporting that there is a small bird, B208-Small all wet and not moving between the ally of Edf. Jardim Hoi Wan, Taipa. Ms. Hong also mentioned that before the bird, there were some students throwing something over that area and later, after they left, she saw the little bird. Anima–April Foster Family (C1188-Carmy)!

<06-04-2021> Carmy was fostered today by Ms. Khoulood! C1188-Carmy (F), around ten months old back then, was rescued by Anima on 8th May 2016, after a call from Mr. Lei reporting that a cat was found in the Car Park of Van Sion Son Chun. Her ears and fur were very clean which could make us suspect that she might had an owner before. Carmy was welcome to our Cats’ Paradise, and now fostered by a family. <01-04-2021> C2571-Pacific (M), a cat around two years old, was rescued by Anima on 1st April 2021, following a call from Ms. Lei reporting that she found an adult cat with a leash on his neck at Rua de Inácio Pessoa. Our Rescue Team was mobilized and collected the cat. Pacific is friendly and he does not have microchip. Nearby shop owners were inquired, and no one reported to recognize the cat. Anima–April Rescue (2356 and 2357)!

<01-04-2021> Two puppies, 2356-Fang (F) and 2357- Falk (M), both two and half months old, were rescued by Anima on 26th March 2021, after a call from Mr. Lam reporting that two puppies were trapped in the water drainage system at Estrada de Nossa senhora de Ka Ho. The puppies were stuck, but our team was able to rescue them. Falk has a corneal ulcer on his right eye and will receive treatment. Both were welcomed in our Dogs’ Shelter. Thanks, Mr. Lam!
