Anima–December Sad News (411-Bamby)!

<16-12-2024> 411-Bamby (F), one of our senior dogs, was found weak and unable to move. She has been living with a tumor in her liver. Besides all medical efforts and hospice care, 411-Bamby passed away today. R.I.P. our friend! Never Abandon your pets! Anima–December Sad News (C2997-Fatty)!

<13-12-2024> C2997-Fatty (M), around five years old, C2998-Paco (M), around four years old, C2999-Miu (M) and C3000-Arko (M), both around five years old and C3001-Rocky (M), around four and a half years old, were rescued by Anima on 12th December 2024, after a call from Ms. Zeng referring that her ex-neighbor, an old guy named Peter, with cancer and heart problems who lived alone and he had around 20 cats, is not able to take care of them anymore. She asked us help. Anima worked with AAPAM to help as many animals as possible, step by step. Unfortunately, C2997-Fatty was extremely anemic, maybe with blood parasites or IMHA. According with the vet, she was in a very critical condition. Besides all medical efforts, Anima was informed that C2997-Fatty passed away today. R.I.P. our friend! Never Abandon your pets! Anima–December Sad News (C2902-Nutella)!

<05-12-2024> C2902-Nutella (F) and C2903-Nestle (M), around six years old, and C2904-Skippy (F), together with C2905-Kraft (M), both10 years old, were rescued by Anima on 26th January 2024, from the kennel, after a call from Ms. Zeng referring that her ex-neighbor, an old guy named Peter had cancer and heart problems, who lived alone and had around 20 cats at his home now with no conditions. She asked us help. Anima worked together with other associations to rescue all the cats, step by step, as long as we have space. Nutella, Nestle, Skippy and Kraft were welcome to our Cats’ Paradise. Recently, C2902-Nutella made a blood test and it showed that she was severely anemic, she had high inflammation, kidney problems and pancreatitis. She was under treatment, but besides all medical efforts, C2902-Nutella passed away today. R.I.P. our friend! Never Abandon your pets! Anima–December Sad News (SPP1015-Tara)!

<04-12-2024> SPP1015-Tara (F), around seven years old back then, has been under our SPP program since 31st March 2013. Tara was rescued on the 3rd September 2019, after we were informed that she was caught by IAM. Tara was welcomed to our Dog’s Shelter. Recently, SPP1015-Tara has been with health problems and under hospice care. Unfortunately, a mass in front of her heart started to grow and she got worst. Anima was informed by the vets that she passed away today, probably due to a tumor. R.I.P. our friend! Never Abandon your pets! Anima–November Sad News (SPP1277-Porter)!

<27-11-2024> SPP1277-Porter (M), one of our senior dogs, was diagnosed with a bone tumor. Recently, he had a mass growing fast and creating a non healing wound. <26-11-2024> 501-Xica (F), one of our senior dogs, has been with health problems on her adrenal gland. Recently, she was unable to stand and later with hyperthermia. 501-Xica was sent to a clinic. Blood test was done but during the process, Xica suddenly was in shock and vets needed to do an emergency treatment. Unfortunately, she got worst and passed away today. R.I.P. our friend! Anima–November Sad News (SPP1713-Hac Chai II)!

<21-11-2024> SPP1713-Hac Chai II, an old male dog from our Special Protection Program (SPP) and living in the kennel, was rescued by Anima on 8th June 2021, after a call from one of our handlers reporting that she found him peeing blood. SPP1713-Hac Chai II was sent to a clinic, recovered and he got back to Anima. Recently, Hac Chai II had some health problems, also due to old age. He has been under treatment.
