September Rescue and Sad News (1801-Torando)!

<17-09-2016> 1801-Torando (M), around 2.5 months old, was rescued by Anima on 17th September 2016 already dead after a call from our rescue team reporting that a body was found in Estrada do Altinho de Ka Ho. The body was completely destroyed, probably he was killed by a truck. We collected the body and delivered to Macau kennel. R.I.P. my friend! Please help us to help them! Never Abandon your pet! Anima – September Sad News (B046-Rogi)!

<15-09-2016> B046-Rogi was rescued by Anima on 11th September 2016, after a call from Ms. Chan reporting that she found a pigeon in Fai Chi Kei the night before. She brought Rogi to home but Rogi was not eating. Rogi was sent to a clinic and had been staying in the clinic for observation. We were informed by the clinic that Rogi passed away this morning due to the severe infection of the leg. R.I.P. my friend! Please help us to help them! All animals have rights! Anima – September Sad News (C1065-Fiorella)!

<02-09-2016> C1065-Fiorella (F) and C1066-Floria (F) were accepted by Anima on 31st October 2015 even if we have disagreed with the abandonment of the two pets. Who brought them to Anima referred that his tenant left two cats in his house on 2010. He had taken care of them for five years but because someone in the family had an allergy he couldn’t keep them anymore. This is a recurrent argument used by many members of our community for abandon their pets! Fiorella was found shrinking, getting skinny and slightly dehydrated two weeks ago. She was sent to a clinic and stayed there for a couple of days for further examinations. Her heart beat was very fast, the belly was bloated,  had peritoneal effusion and she was suspected to have FIP. She had been under observation since that but unfortunately we couldn’t save her. Fiorella passed away today. R.I.P. my friend! Please help us to help them! Never Abandon...

Anima – August Sad News (C348-Lei Lei)!

<29-08-2016> C348-Lei Lei (M), was rescued by Anima on 21st May 2012, after a call from Ms. Wu reporting that a cat was crashed by a car near Kiang Wu Hospital. Lei Lei recovered from the car accident and stayed with us since that. Unfortunately he had chronic renal failure and got very weak, dehydrated and skinny. His blood test results was getting worse as well. He was suffering a lot! After a discussion  with the vet, and approval by two of  our board members, we made a sad decision to put him sleep. Anima – August Sad News (SPPC981-Robert)!

<23-08-2016> SPPC981-Robert (M), on the time around three years old, was rescued by Anima through Michele on 19th June 2015, somewhere in Taipa. According to Michele, Robert lived scared since some dogs nearby his place have killed many cats. He was sent to Anima on 29th April 2016 to stay with us. Four days ago Robert was sent to a clinic for further examination due to dehydration, jaundice and apathy. His peritoneal effusion was yellowish and sticky, and he was suspected to have FIP. Unfortunately he passed away this morning in the clinic. R.I.P. my friend! Please help us to help them! Never Abandon your pet!
