Anima–December Sad News (C1952-Gimli)!

<01-12-2022> C1952-Gandalf (M), around three years old, C1953-Elrond (M), around two years old, C1954-Gimli (M), around eight years old and C1955-Frodo (M) around two years old back then, were rescued by Anima on 10th August 2018, after a call from IAM reporting that they don’t have enough space for the cats. All of them were licensed, desexed and vaccinated at IAM and welcome to our Cats’ Paradise. Recently, C1954-Gimli was found sick, without appetite and seems to be lethargic. He was sent to a clinic for consultation. According to the vet, Gimli has ascites and intestinal lymph nodes enlarged. Prognosis was bad and besides all medical efforts, he passed away today. Anima–November Sad News (C1752-Faddey)!

<30-11-2022> C1751-Faas (M), C1752-Faddey (M), C1753-Fabienne (F), C1754-Fairfax (M), C1755-Farah (F), C1756-Fedora (F), C1757-Feri (M), C1758-Femke (F) and C1759-Feray (F), were rescued by Anima on 10th November 2017 back then, after a call from IAM reporting that they did not have enough space for the cats. They were all vaccinated by IAM. All were welcome to our Cats’ Paradise. Recently, C1752-Faddey was found Weak and not willing to eat. She was sent to a clinic for consultation. According to the vet, Faddey has a severe pancreatitis and she has to be hospitalized to avoid dehydration. Ultrasound was made, showing a kidney failure. Anima–November Sad News (C1311-Yuki)!

<21-11-2022> C1311-Yuki (M), was rescued by Anima on 1st December 2016 when he was around eight years old. He was supposed to be accommodated in Anima for seven days from 15th October 2016 to 22nd October 2016. However, the owner abandoned him in Anima and disappeared. Since then, Yuki has been living in our Cats’ Paradise. Recently, C1311-Yuki developed pancreatitis. Also, a heart problem and kidney problems were diagnosed in a clinic. C1311-Yuki needed to stay hospitalized. Besides all medical efforts in the clinic and Anima’s support, he passed away, today. R.I.P. our friend! Please Adopt and Never Buy! Never Abandon your pet! Anima–November Sad News (599-Terra)!

<17-11-2022> 599-Terra (M), one of our senior dogs, has been living in Anima since his rescue. Recently, 599-Terra was found vomiting and weak. He was sent to a clinic for consultation. According to the vet, Terra has a gastric dilatation volvulus (GDV) and he needs an emergency surgery. He has been hospitalized. Anima–November Sad News (C1453-Kochi)!

<15-11-2022> C1452-Kisu (F), with an estimated age of two years old, C1453-Kochi (M), with an estimated age of three years old, and C1454-Hokke (F), with an estimated age of six years old back then, were rescued by Anima after a call from IAM reporting that they did not have enough space for cats. They were all neutered and vaccinated by IAM. C1452-Kisu, C1453-Kochi and C1454-Hokke were delivered to our Cats’ Paradise. Recently, C1453-Kochi was found sick and weak. He was sent to a clinic for consultation. Health tests were positive for feline corona virus, FIV, and he had also kidney failure. Anima–November Sad News (1839-Seven)!

<14-11-2022> 1838-Nam Nam (M), with an estimated age of two years old, together with 1839-Seven (M), around ten months old back then, were rescued by Anima on 20th January 2017, after a call from IAM reporting that there were two dogs needing our help. According to the kennel, Nam Nam and Seven were rescued by an animal association before, but that association didn’t have a shelter. Anima and IAM cooperated to rescue more stray animals! Recently, 1839-Seven was found with a lump on the nose. He was sent to a clinic for consultation. X-ray images showed that an unclear of nasal bones structure have been disintegrated, and seems to have affected almost his eye ball. A nose cancer was diagnosed and, according with the vet, there was only an option to provide a better quality of life as long as possible. Anima–November Sad News (C2461-Santa)!

<04-11-2022> C2461-Santa (F), a cat around eight months old back then, was rescued by Anima on 27th December 2022, from a patio at ‘Centro Internacional de Macau’ where several stray cats were wandering around. Their previous owner had them at home, but was suddenly hospitalized recently and the cats were freed in that area by an acquaintance. Anima mobilized efforts in order to rescue them all. Santa was welcomed at our Cats’ Paradise. Recently, C2461-Santa was seen walking wobbly and she also had low body temperature. According to the vet of a clinic, it was suspected that she had acute renal failure. Santa needed to stay hospitalized for treatment. <03-11-2022> C1676-Lynn (M), around three years old, C1677-Levis (M) and C1678-Lenny (M), both around two years old, C1679-Lillie (F), around one year old back then, were rescued by Anima on 27th July 2017, after a call from IACM regarding no more space for cats. They were all neutered and vaccinated by IACM. They were delivered to our Cat’s Paradise and they all have been living with us. Recently, C1679-Lillie got worst from her health. Her kidneys have problems and she suffered also from a pancreatitis. Besides all medical efforts in a clinic and Anima’s support, she passed away, today. R.I.P. our friend! Anima–October Sad News (H058-Rambutan)!

<26-10-2022> H055-Star Fruit (M), H056-MangoSteen (M), H057-JuJuBe (M), H058-Rambutan (M), H059-Physalis (M), H060-Sapodilla (M), H061-Guara (M), H062-Golden Apple (M), all around three months old, were rescued by Anima on 2nd June 2020, after received a message on Facebook by Mr. Hong, reporting that 8 hamsters were found abandoned in the park of Edf. Lok Kuan (Seac Pai Van) in a cage. All have been living in our Dogs’ Shelter. Recently, H058-Rambutan got worst from a tumour that grew on his chest as a lump.
