Anima–November Sad News (896-Vivian)!

<10-11-2021> 896-Vivian (F), with an estimated age of eleven years old now, was rescued by Anima on 18th September 2012, together with her family, total of a group of 25 dogs that were all abandoned in Macau Kennel. The owner didn’t neuter his dogs and let the family grew until that huge amount. Finally, when he couldn’t handle and never asked for help, he just abandoned them all in Macau Kennel without any responsibility. On that time Anima decided to take over all 25 dogs. 896-Vivian became sick and staying in our vet area for some days. She had diarrhea and severe dehydration. A lot of giardiasis was found from her stool. She was found unable to move and weak yesterday. She was taking medication, but she didn’t improve at all and begin to enter in suffer! After discussed with the vet and approved by two of our board members, we made a sad decision...

Anima–November Sad News (C2172-Matteo)!

<06-11-2021> Sadly, our cat C2172-Matteo has passed away. Matteo was suffering from several health issues, including severe kidney problems. Despite the ongoing medical care, his health condition continued to deteriorate. Anima–October Rescued and Deceased (C2651-Honest)!

<31-10-2021> C2651-Honest (M), a cat around six months old, was rescued yesterday by Anima, after a call from Mr. Ehrlich reporting to have seen a sick cat on the pathway behind the bus stop of Macau University Campus. Our team was mobilized immediately and found him weak and with deep wounds on his neck and leg. Honest stayed hospitalized in a clinic overnight but, sadly, has passed away today. R.I.P.! Anima-October Rescue and Sad News (C2650-Creamy)!

<28-10-2021> C2650-Creamy (F), around two years old, was rescued by Anima on 28th October 2021, after a call from Mr. Wong reporting that that a cat, C2650-Creamy falling from heights at Travessa da Corda, Edf. Fok Neng. According to Mr. Wong, there is a witness who was parking the motorcycle in that area and saw the cat fell off from the building of Edf. Fok Neng. Unfortunately, C2650-Creamy was passed away before our Rescue Team arrived. Her nose and mouth were bleeding. Anima–October Sad News (C2646-Yanny)!

<21-10-2021> Four more newborn kittens were rescued by Anima! C2644-Kimiko, C2645-Yamy, C2646-Yanny, C2647-Nikky, all females around one day old, were rescued by Anima on 17th October 2021. We received a call from Mr. Choi, reporting that four kittens were found in the bushes of Dr. Sun Yat Sen Municipal Garden in the morning. Without their mother, they seemed fragile and need protection. They were rescued by our team and temporarily fostered by our staff for milk feeding and special care.
