Rescue and Decease (C2083-Mike; C2084-Mitch)!

<06-02-2019> C2083-Mike and C2084-Mitch were brought to our Dogs’ Shelter by Ms. Yim who found them in Rua da Praia do Manduco both looking weak and with blood.
