Anima–April Sad News (SPPC1887-Enagic)!

<26-04-2018> SPPC1887-Enagic (M),  was under our Special Protection Program and was rescued by Anima on 24th April 2018 when he was around ten months old, through Michele somewhere in Taipa. SPPC1887-Enagic had upper respiratory infection and gingivitis at that time. He was returned to the former place after medication. Today SPPC1887-Enagic was found in low temperature and dehydrated. During the check-up, SPPC1887-Enagic started to have seizure and difficulty in breathing. Unfortunately SPPC1887-Enagic passed away. R.I.P. my friend! Please help us to help them! Anima–April Sad News (SPP1497-Xiao Pai)!

<24-04-2018> SPP1497-Xiao Pai (F), was under our Special Protection Program and rescued by Anima on 15th July 2015 when she was around seven years old, after a call from Mr. Wong reporting that SPP1497-Xiao Pai got a deep wound on her leg during a fight. Mr. Wong was responsible for her in that area. Today we were informed by Mr. Wong that SPP1497-Xiao Pai had passed away three weeks ago. R.I.P. my friend! Please help us to help them! Anima–April Sad News (150-Taiji)!

<24-04-2018> 150-Taiji was around 14 years old now and had been staying with us for a long time! 150-Taiji (F) was rescued by Anima on 1st January 2004 and was staying at our shelter since that time. At the beginning of April 2018, we found 150-Taiji had watery diarrhea. The blood test showed she had a renal problem and her belly started to get bigger. Anima–April Sad News (C990-Teo)!

<23-04-2018> C990-Teo (M), was rescued by Anima on 28th June 2017 when he was around four months old, after a call from Ms. Koo and Ms. Lee reporting that they were afraid the cat would be poisoned. C990-Teo had staying with us since that time. On 21st April 2018, the blood test of C990-Teo showed he had infection, anemia and renal problem. After some days, we found his kidney became very large. He was very weak and could not stand by himself. He began to enter in suffer! After discussion with the vet and approved by two of our board members, we made a sad decision to put him sleep. Anima–April Sad News (SPPC976-Joey)!

<18-04-2018> SPPC976-Joey (F),  under our Special Protection Program since 18th June 2015, was rescued by Anima on 17th March 2016 when she was around three years old, through Michele, somewhere in Taipa. On 10th March 2018 we found SPPC976-Joey had gingivitis, anemia and upper respiratory infection. SPPC976-Joey was sent to a clinic for second opinion. She was under treatment and had another blood test on 12th April 2018. The result showed that she still had infection, anemia and renal problem. Her condition was getting worst dramatically. SPC976-Joey could not even stand and refuses to eat. After discussion with the vet and approved by two of our board members, we made a sad decision to put her sleep. Anima–April Rescue and Sad News (R040-Snow)!

<18-04-2018> R040-Snow (F), around one year old, was rescued by Anima on 18th April 2018, after two calls from Ms. Kim and Mr. Lok both reporting the same case of a rabbit R040-Snow was dying in the Mong Ha Mountain. According to the people nearby, they saw some students holding the ears of R040-Snow and shaking it around. R040-Snow was sent to a clinic immediately. Her condition was critical as her temperature and heart beat were very low. Her digestive system was empty also. Unfortunately R040-Snow passed away in the clinic. R.I.P. my friend! Anima–April Sad News (C1864-Tomo)!

<16-04-2018> C1864-Tomo (M), was rescued by Anima on 18th March 2018 when he was around five years old, after a call from Ms. Ieong reporting that a cat C1864-Tomo was found on the approach span of Amizade Bridge. She collected the cat and brought to Cats’ Paradise. C1864-Tomo had two wounds on both left and right hind legs, some minor cuts under the right eye and on the right front leg at that time. His condition was not good as we found infections from the opening wounds. On 11th April 2018, C1864-Tomo was found apathetic and with hypothermia. He was sent to a clinic and the result showed he had renal problems and low glucose. Anima–April Sad News (C1866-Nemo)!

<15-04-2018> C1866-Nemo (M), was rescued by Anima on 21st March 2018 when he was around three months old, after a call from Ms. Lei reporting that a kitten C1866-Nemo fell down from a building near Café Amagao at Rua Ho Lin Vong. Some blood came out from C1866-Nemo’s anus, nose and mouth at that time. C1866-Nemo was sent to a clinic immediately. After the medication, he stayed at Cats’ Paradise for treatment and quarantine. C1866-Nemo was found breathing hard yesterday. His temperature was low, his gums were pale and he vomited some reddish fluid. Unfortunately, C1866-Nemo passed away on the way to the clinic. Anima–April Sad News (SPPC1195-Dessa)!

<14-04-2018> SPPC1195-Dessa (F),  under our Special Protection Program, was rescued by Anima through Michele on 18th May 2016 when she was around two years old, after a call from her reporting that Dessa needed to be de-sexed. SPPC1195-Dessa had returned to her place after de-sex surgery. On 10th March 2018 she was checked by our staff and was diagnosed liver problem. She was found getting skinny and anemic.
