Anima–January Rescue and Sad News (SPP1970-Chai Chai)!

<12-01-2018> SPP1970-Chai Chai (M), around eight months old, was under our special protection program, when was rescued by Anima on 12th January 2018, after a call from Ms. Kuok reporting that she used to feed stray dogs in a site and one of them ate rat poison. SPP1970-Chai Chai was weak and had difficulty to breathe. He was sent to a clinic immediately. Blood test showed that SPP1970-Chai Chai had anemia and he had blood in the chest. Unfortunately he couldn’t make it. Thanks Ms. Kuok! R.I.P. my friend! Please help us to help them! Never Abandon your pets! Anima–January Sad News (117-Darkie)!

<11-01-2018> 117-Darkie (F), around 16 years old now, passed away this morning. 117-Darkie had an accident on 26th November 2017 as her tail got severe injured when she was near another pen. She was sent to a clinic for surgery to remove the injured part and stayed in the clinic for observation. She recovered and removed the stitches on 14th December. But she was found walking in circles, shaking and losing balance during her play time on 26th December. 117-Darkie was sent to another clinic for second opinion as she refused to eat and had low temperature. Unfortunately she couldn’t make it. 117-Darkie was one of our eldest dogs that had stayed with us for so long. She was very friendly and always asking people to pet her. We will miss you! <08-01-2018> B088-Pocari, was rescued by Anima on 7th January 2018, after a call from Ms. Ng reporting that a bird was unable to fly near the bus stop of Praça Tap Seac. B088-Pocari was sent to a clinic and stayed there for treatment. We were informed by the clinic that B088-Pocari passed away this morning. R.I.P. my friend! Please help us to help them! Anima–January Sad News (SPP1480-Black Head)!

<07-01-2018> SPP1480-Black Head (M), around 13 years old now, together with SPP1479-Lor Lor, SPP1481-Little Lor and SPP1482-Da Ban, were under our special protection program since 24th June 2015. They were living in a construction site somewhere in Macau being Ivan their responsible. All of them were delivered to Coloane kennel under an agreement between IACM and Anima on 25th June 2015 for adoption. SPP1480-Black Head was suddenly found unable to move this afternoon . Anima–January Sad News (C337-Melina)!

<02-01-2018> C337-Melina (F), was rescued by Anima on 27th April 2012, after a call from Michele reporting that a cat needed our help. C337-Melina had stayed with us since that day. She was losing appetite in the past few days and less active as well. Blood test showed that she had kidney problem and pancreatitis. Anima–December Sad News (C1813-Boxing)!

<29-12-2017> C1813-Boxing (M), around one week old, was rescued by Anima on 26th December 2017, after a call from Ms. Wong reporting that a kitten was found in Rua Dois do Bairro Va Tai. C1813-Boxing was alone in the street with no mother beside. He was sent to a clinic as he was urinating blood. He stayed in the clinic for observation. According to the clinic, C1813-Boxing had urinary tract infection and slightly dehydration. On 27th December, we were informed by the clinic that C1813-Boxing was having bloody diarrhea and low body temperature. Unfortunately he couldn’t make it. R.I.P. my friend! Anima–December Sad News (C1665-Daylon)!

<27-12-2017> C1662-DiDi (F), around 2 years old, C1663-Dana (F), C1664-Dacia (F), both around one year old, C1665-Daylon (M), around 4 years old, C1666-Darins (M), around one year old, C1667-Denni (M), around 2 years old, were rescued by Anima on 24th July 2017, after a call from IACM reporting that they don’t have enough space for the cats. They were all neutered and vaccinated by IACM. C1665-Daylon was found apathetic and not eating one week ago. He had pancreatitis, FIP, jaundice and liver problem. Anima–December Sad News (SPP1963-Kenzo)!

<24-12-2017> SPP1963-Kenzo (M), around three years old, was under our Special Protection Program (SPP) after rescued by Anima on 23th December 2017, after a call from our rescue team reporting that they found a dog unable to move during their daily feeding. SPP1963-Kenzo stayed with us for observation. He was supposed to have blood test and tick fever test today. But this morning his condition was getting worse. Anima–December Sad News (C963-Wilma)!

<23-12-2017> C963-Wilma (F), was rescued by Anima on 6th June 2015, after a call from Mr. Lai reporting that a cat entered in his building at Rua de Camilo Pessanha and was not able to walk properly. C963-Wilma was taken immediately to a clinic for an X-Rays and she stayed there overnight. She had neurological problem which made her couldn’t stand and walk. She needed help from time to time to urinate and defecate as well. C963-Wilma was found having difficulty in eating and swallowed the food a week ago. She was sent to a clinic and stayed there for heat therapy and closed observation. She also needed warmer sheet and someone to flip her sides every hour to keep her warm. This is not a life for her!
