Anima–August Sad News (C1659-Harris)!

<28-08-2017> C1659-Harris (M), on the time around two months old, was rescued by Anima on 22nd July 2017, after a call from Ms. Kan reporting that four kittens were trapped in the trail of Small Taipa. Ms. Kan contacted the fire department to help but they didn’t succeed to get them out. C1659-Harris was caught and delivered to Anima. C1659-Harris was checked by our vet and dewormed. He stayed in quarantine in our Cat’s Paradise. C1659-Harris was checked in our clinic one week ago as he refused to eat and had diarrhea. He had been under treatment and observation but he couldn’t make it. R.I.P. my friend! Please help us to help them! Never Abandon your pet! Anima–August Sad News (C1523-Alfa)!

<28-08-2017> C1519-Alma (F) and C1520-Allie (F), around two years and one year old, respectively, were rescued by Anima on the 9th May 2017, after a call from Ms. Sandy, reporting that she took them home the night before and asked us if we could take to Anima all the cats she feeds in Guia as she found many have been poisoned there. C1512-Wifi was taken on the 3rd of May 2017! They were brought to Anima, checked by our vet and de-wormed. C1519-Alma had severe gingivitis and upper respiratory problems. She was breathing hard with yellowish nasal discharge and was dehydrated. C1520-Allie was pregnant and was delivered to Cat Paradise for quarantine. C1523-Alfa (M), C1524-Beta, C1525-Gamma, C1526-Delta, C1527-Omega were born by C1520-Allie on 10th May 2017! Unfortunately C1523-Alfa passed away this morning. Anima–August Sad News (255-Sophie)!

<28-08-2017> 255-Sophie (F), around 11 years old now, passed away this afternoon. 255-Sophie was checked in our clinic two weeks ago due to difficulty in breathing. She was skinny and dehydrated. She had been under dripping and observation since that. Unfortunately she couldn’t make it, and the cause of death was a lymphoma. Sophie was one of our eldest dogs that had stayed with us for so long. She was very friendly and always shaking her tail to show you how happy she was. We will miss you! R.I.P. my friend! Anima–August Sad News (C1685-Derrick)!

<25-08-2017> C1685-Derrick (M) and C1686-Dewey (M), on the time both around one month old, were rescued by Anima on 1st August 2017, after a call from our board member Mr. Francisco Leandro, reporting that there were around 10 cats in a Hotel in Macau in very bad situation. The hotel’s staff helped us to catch the cats. We have provided a trap! C1685-Derrick and C1686-Dewey were caught on 1st August 2017 and were checked in our clinic. C1685-Derrick had skin problem. C1686-Dewey had eyes and skin problems. They stayed in quarantine in our Cat’s Paradise under medication. C1685-Derrick had diarrhea problem since he was rescued. <24-08-2017> C704-Jumbo (M), around four years old now, was rescued by Anima on 1st May 2014, after a call from Ms. Wong reporting that a cat needed our help. C704-Jumbo stayed with us since that. He was checked in our clinic three days ago as was not eating. He was under dripping and treatment but unfortunately he couldn’t make it, and the cause of death was FIP. We will miss you! Anima–August Sad News (C1657-Manus)!

<23-08-2017> The mother, C1654-Mamie (F), around two years old, with her three kittens, C1655-Mable (F), C1656-Makena (F) and C1657-Manus (M), on the time all around one month old, were rescued by Anima on 22nd July 2017, after a call from Ms. Shum reporting that a cat gave birth in Yuet Wah College recently and needed our help. C1654-Mamie, C1655-Mable, C1656-Makena and C1657-Manus were checked by our vet and dewormed. C1657-Manus was checked in our clinic two weeks ago due to dehydration and not eating. Anima–August Sad News (C639-Cheong Ming)!

<23-08-2017> C639-Cheong Ming (F), around 6.5 years old now, was rescued by Anima on 6th February 2014 and was found already pregnant near Bras da Rosa. C641-Anika (F), C642-Andrea (F) and C643-Antos (M), were born by C639-Cheong Ming in shelter on 9th February 2014. They stayed with us since that. C639-Cheong Ming had been getting skinny since one week ago. She had diarrhea, jaundice, upper respiratory tract infection with nasal and ocular discharge. Anima–August Sad News (C1124-Wai Wai)!

<22-08-2017> C1124-Wai Wai (M) and C1125-Mimi, around 7.5 years old, were rescued by Anima on 17th February 2016, after a call from Mr. Sek reporting that C1124-Wai Wai and C1125-Mimi originally belonged to his father, who passed away one year before. His father’s will was that someone could take care of the cats. Mr. Sek inherited his will and had been feeding them for a while. He thought it would be better if the cats were taken care by us. We considered this as an abandonment but we wanted the best for the cats. Wai Wai was getting sick since one month ago. He had upper respiratory tract infections, gingivitis with nasal and ocular discharge and dehydration. He had been under treatment but he couldn’t make it, and the cause of death was FIP. Anima–August Sad News (C669-Makita)!

<20-08-2017> C669-Makita (F) was rescued by Anima on 10th March 2014 near Macau Daily Times by a police officer who was on his way to work. Makita was adopted on 4th April 2014. However, Makita was returned on 10th March 2016. The adopter was leaving Macau and, according to her, she had no condition to bring the cat with her. We have disagreed with her decision and considered this as an abandonment but we want the best for the cat, receiving her again.. C669-Makita stopped eating three days ago. She had been under force feeding and dripping since that. Unfortunately she passed away this morning, and the cause of death was FIP. R.I.P. my friend! Please help us to help them! <19-08-2017> SPPC1473-Nelson (M), with an estimated age of six years old, was rescued by Anima through Michele, on 29th March 2017. He was found very skinny, with a bad coat condition and upper respiratory tract problems. He was checked by our vet and de-wormed. He stayed with us since that.
