Anima–September Sad News (C1336-Monie)!

<15-09-2017> C1336-Monie (F), four years old at that time, was rescued by Anima on 14th November 2016 after a call from Ms. Leong around 7pm reporting that an injured cat was found in Av. do Hipódromo and  was limping.  Monie was sent to a clinic and did an x-rays. She has been staying with us from that time. C1336-Monie was fostered on 2nd September 2017. However, she was brought back to Anima for consultation on 11 September for not eating. She was dehydrated, had gingivitis and upper respiratory tract infection. She had yellowish nasal and ocular discharge. Unfortunately, C1336-Monie passed away this morning. R.I.P. my friend! Anima- September Sad News (C914-Amaya)

<13-09-2017> C914-Amaya was rescued by Anima on 19th March 2015, after a call from Ms. Ng reporting that she was on her terrace at Edificio Fong Heng. As she has three dogs, there was a risk of Amaya being killed by them. She was found dead today in out Cats’ Paradise. Her health has been deteriorated in the last month! R.I.P. my friend! Anima–September Rescue and Sad News (C1705-Lucky)!

<08-09-2017> C1705-Lucky (M), few days old, was rescued by Anima on 8th September 2017, after a call from Ms. Kwok reporting that a new born kitten was found with umbilical cord in Rua Três da Areia Preta this morning. Ms. Kwok took him to her shop and asked our help. C1705-Lucky was very weak and he had hypothermia. We tried to feed him but he refused to drink the milk. Anima–September Rescue and Sad News (C1704-So Mao)!

<07-09-2017> C1704-So Mao (M), around four years old, was rescued by Anima already dead on 7th September 2017, after a call from Ms. Wong reporting that her cat passed away and asked our help to handle the body. Ms. Wong moved to a new apartment one week ago and on that time her cat was missing. Today she came back to the old apartment and found that C1704-So Mao was dead behind the fridge. Anima–September Sad News (1912-Coco)!

<04-09-2017> 1912-Coco (F), on the time around one week old, was rescued by Anima on 22nd July 2017, after a call from Mr. Leong reporting that a puppy was found alone in Areia Preta. 1912-Coco was checked by our vet and dewormed. She was fostered by our supervisor Zoe temporarily as she needed milk feeding. 1912-Coco was checked in our clinic few days ago as her spirit and appetite were not good. She had umbilical hernia and yellowish nasal discharge. She was under medication and observation but unfortunately she couldn’t make it. R.I.P. my friend! Please help us to help them! <03-09-2017> 1924-Aida (F), around three years old, was rescued by Anima on 3rd September 2017, after a call from Mr. Chio around 2 am reporting that a dog was hit by a car in Seac Pac Van and was unable to move. Anima–August Sad News (C1655-Mable)!

<30-08-2017> The mother, C1654-Mamie (F), around two years old, with her three kittens, C1655-Mable (F), C1656-Makena (F) and C1657-Manus (M), on the time all around one month old, were rescued by Anima on 22nd July 2017, after a call from Ms. Shum reporting that a cat gave birth in Yuet Wah College  and needed our help. C1654-Mamie, C1655-Mable, C1656-Makena and C1657-Manus were checked by our vet and dewormed. C1655-Mable was checked in our clinic two weeks ago due to diarrhea. Anima–August Sad News (C1232-Stone)!

<30-08-2017> C1232-Stone (M), on the time around one year old, was rescued by Anima on 9th July 2016, after a call from Ms. Fung reporting that a cat was found in Rua Dois do Bairro da Areia Preta and was very weak. Stone was severely dehydrated, very slim and full of fleas. He was weak and hungry and was under IV dripping. He recovered and stayed with us. C1232-Stone had been getting sick since two weeks ago. Blood test showed that he had anemia and infection. He also had gingivitis and dehydration. He was under dripping and treatment but unfortunately he couldn’t make it. R.I.P. my friend!
