Anima–August Sad News (C1657-Manus)!

<23-08-2017> The mother, C1654-Mamie (F), around two years old, with her three kittens, C1655-Mable (F), C1656-Makena (F) and C1657-Manus (M), on the time all around one month old, were rescued by Anima on 22nd July 2017, after a call from Ms. Shum reporting that a cat gave birth in Yuet Wah College recently and needed our help. C1654-Mamie, C1655-Mable, C1656-Makena and C1657-Manus were checked by our vet and dewormed. C1657-Manus was checked in our clinic two weeks ago due to dehydration and not eating. He was under dripping, medication and force feeding since that. He was improving but suddenly he became very week and passed away in a short time. R.I.P. my friend! Please help us to help them! Anima–August Sad News (C639-Cheong Ming)!

<23-08-2017> C639-Cheong Ming (F), around 6.5 years old now, was rescued by Anima on 6th February 2014 and was found already pregnant near Bras da Rosa. C641-Anika (F), C642-Andrea (F) and C643-Antos (M), were born by C639-Cheong Ming in shelter on 9th February 2014. They stayed with us since that. C639-Cheong Ming had been getting skinny since one week ago. She had diarrhea, jaundice, upper respiratory tract infection with nasal and ocular discharge. Anima–August Sad News (C1124-Wai Wai)!

<22-08-2017> C1124-Wai Wai (M) and C1125-Mimi, around 7.5 years old, were rescued by Anima on 17th February 2016, after a call from Mr. Sek reporting that C1124-Wai Wai and C1125-Mimi originally belonged to his father, who passed away one year before. His father’s will was that someone could take care of the cats. Mr. Sek inherited his will and had been feeding them for a while. He thought it would be better if the cats were taken care by us. We considered this as an abandonment but we wanted the best for the cats. Wai Wai was getting sick since one month ago. He had upper respiratory tract infections, gingivitis with nasal and ocular discharge and dehydration. He had been under treatment but he couldn’t make it, and the cause of death was FIP. Anima–August Sad News (C669-Makita)!

<20-08-2017> C669-Makita (F) was rescued by Anima on 10th March 2014 near Macau Daily Times by a police officer who was on his way to work. Makita was adopted on 4th April 2014. However, Makita was returned on 10th March 2016. The adopter was leaving Macau and, according to her, she had no condition to bring the cat with her. We have disagreed with her decision and considered this as an abandonment but we want the best for the cat, receiving her again.. C669-Makita stopped eating three days ago. She had been under force feeding and dripping since that. Unfortunately she passed away this morning, and the cause of death was FIP. R.I.P. my friend! Please help us to help them! Anima–August Sad News (SPPC1473-Nelson)!

<19-08-2017> SPPC1473-Nelson (M), with an estimated age of six years old, was rescued by Anima through Michele, on 29th March 2017. He was found very skinny, with a bad coat condition and upper respiratory tract problems. He was checked by our vet and de-wormed. He stayed with us since that. SPPC1473-Nelson was getting skinny and dehydrated since one week ago. He also had a big wound on his jaw. He was under dripping and treatment but unfortunately he couldn’t make it. R.I.P. my friend! Anima–August Sad News (C450-Grey)!

<19-08-2017> C450-Grey (F), around five years old now, was rescued by Anima on 22nd February 2013, after a call from Mr. Leong reporting that a cat was found in Hac Sa Wan and needed our help. C450-Grey stayed with us since that. He was getting skinny and dehydrated two weeks ago. C450-Grey had been under medication and observation but he couldn’t make it. Anima–August Sad News (886-Dinael)!

<17-08-2017> 886-Dinael (M), around seven years old now, was rescued by Anima on 18th September 2012, together with her family, a group of 25 dogs that were all abandoned in Macau Kennel. The owner didn’t neuter his dogs and let the family grew until that huge amount, crossing each other. When he was no more capable to handle, he just abandoned all them  in Macau Kennel without any responsibility. On that time Anima decided to take over all 25 dogs. We had space on that time! 886-Dinael was getting weak and dehydrated since one week ago. He had a long history of heart problem and had been taking medication for long time. Anima–August Sad News (SPPC1324-Polly)!

<16-08-2017> The mother, SPPC1324-Polly (F), on the time with an estimated age of three years old, together with her kittens, SPPC1325-Becky (F), SPPC1326-Sawyer (M) and SPPC1327-Huck (M), on the time all with an estimated age of 1.5 months old, were under our Special Protection Program (SPP) and rescued by Anima, through Michele, on 7th November 2016, somewhere in Taipa. Polly had upper respiratory infection and the breathing was not clear. Becky, Sawyer and Huck had eye discharge and inflammation. They were returned to their former place after dewormed and medication prescribed in the same day. They were brought to Anima again on 29th November 2016 and stayed with us since that. Polly had been getting sick since 10th July 2017. She had kidney failure and was getting weaker each day. Polly was under treatment and force feeding as she refused to eat. Anima–August Sad News (1224-Terry)!

<15-08-2017> 1224-Terry (M), was rescued by Anima on 18th April 2014, after a call from Ms. Ng reporting that a dog was hit by a car in a site of Ka Ho. His leg was very damaged and we had no choice than to cut his leg. 1224-Terry stayed with us since that. He passed away last night in his pen. 1224-Terry was one of our three legs dog. He lived in the free area of main entrance. Every visitor might be scared by his barking in the first beginning, but actually he was just calling you to pet him. We will miss you! R.I.P. my friend! Anima–August Sad News (C1610-Tuna)!

<13-08-2017> C1610-Tuna (F), on the time with an estimated age of 2.5 months old, was rescued by Anima on 23rd June 2017, after a call from our rescue team reporting that a kitten was found in the tunnel of Dynasty, soaked and unable to move. C1610-Tuna was checked by our vet and dewormed. She stayed in our Cat’s Paradise. C1610-Tuna was checked in our clinic last week due to diarrhea. She had roundworm and coronavirus.
