Anima–August Sad News (SPP1507-Hac Chai)!

<11-08-2017> SPP1507-Hac Chai (M), on the time around 11 years old, was rescued by Anima on 5th August 2015, after a call from Ms. Peng referring that he was not eating properly. Anima took care of him for more than one month and after he was considered to be in good conditions. He was back to his place on 16th September 2015. Ms. Peng was responsible for him in that area. We were informed by Ms. Peng today that SPP1507-Hac Chai passed away last month, and the cause of death was heart failure. R.I.P. my friend! Please help us to help them! Never Abandon your pet! Anima–August Rescue and Sad News (C1692-Mia)!

<10-08-2017> C1692-Mia (F), around two months old, was rescued by Anima on 10th August 2017, after a call from Ms. Gu reporting that a kitten was found lying on the building entrance floor near Rua dos Faitios. Ms. Gu was told that C1692-Mia fell down from the building since morning. C1692-Mia was sent to a clinic immediately but unfortunately she passed away in the evening. R.I.P. my friend! Thanks Ms. Gu! Anima–August Sad News (C1476-Stark)!

<08-08-2017> C1476-Stark (M), around six years old and C1477-Stoma (F), around seven years old, were rescued by Anima on 3rd April 2017, after a call from Ms. Hoi, informing that they belonged to a workshop in Hac Sa beach, but they got sick recently and the workshop stopped taking care of them. They were checked by our vet and de-wormed. Both cats were in bad shape. C1476-Stark was skinny and had severe skin problems, hair loss everywhere all over the body and full of fleas. C1477-Stoma was severely dehydrated, full of ocular and nasal discharge and drooling from the mouth. C1476-Stark stayed in Cat Paradise for quarantine and treatment. C1477-Stoma stayed in V6 under IV dripping and close observation. C1476-Stark was checked on 31st July as he was getting skinny and losing appetite. He passed away this afternoon, and the cause of death is severe liver problem. R.I.P. my friend! Please help...

Anima–August Sad News (C1469-Katherine)!

<08-08-2017> C1469-Katherine (F), with an estimated age of two years old, was rescued by Anima on 25th March 2017, after a call from Mrs. Mak, informing that Katherine was abandoned outside her house in Edificio Yuen Wa. She asked us to help as she had 13 cats already.  C1469-Katherine was checked by our vet and she was very dehydrated. She stayed in our vet area for treatment. She was checked in our clinic again few weeks ago because she was losing weight, dehydrated and had severe gingivitis. Katherine had been under medication since that. She was found death today, and the cause of death was renal problems and gingivitis. R.I.P. my friend! Please help us to help them! Never Abandon your pet! Anima–August Sad News (C593-Ottoline)!

<08-08-2017> C593-Ottoline (M), was rescued by Anima on 30th September 2013 as he was attacked by two dogs and was badly injured  on that time. Ottoline had recovered and stayed with us. He was getting sick since one week ago. He had difficulty in breathing and blood was found in his nasal discharge. Ottoline had been under treatment but unfortunately he couldn’t make it. Anima–August Sad News (R035-Gus)!

<08-08-2017> R035-Gus (M), around one year old, was rescued by Anima on 11th July 2017, after a call from Ms. Lau reporting that a rabbit was abandoned in a pet transport bag on a motorcycle in Estrada da Bela Vista. The motorcycle’s owner informed us that R035-Gus doesn’t belong to her. R035-Gus was checked by our vet and dewormed. He stayed in  our Cat’s Paradise. R035-Gus was found weak this morning. Anima–August Sad News (C1579-Celery)!

<07-08-2017> C1562-Heidi (F), was rescued by Anima on 29th May 2017, with around two years old, after a call from Mr. Leong, informing that he has rescued a pregnant cat, C1562-Heidi, near Estrada de Ferreira do Amaral the night before. As he had no experience for taking care of a pregnant cat, he asked us to help. Heidi was in our Cats’ Paradise and C1577-Cabbage, C1578-Pea, C1579-Celery (M), C1580-Eggplant (M) were born on 4th June 2017. <07-08-2017> C791-Renee (F), around 4.5 years old now, was rescued by Anima on 3rd September 2014, after a call from Ms. Liu reporting that there was a cat in a construction site that will be closed, near Travessa da Se. She was pregnant. We decided to rescue and as the pregnancy was too developed we decided also to keep the kittens once born. C791-Renee was getting sick since two weeks ago. She had gingivitis and had been under medication. Yesterday she became very weak and dehydrated. She was under dripping but unfortunately she couldn’t make it. R.I.P. my friend! <06-08-2017> C1521-Sine (F) and C1522-Cosine (F), both around four years old, were rescued by Anima on the 9th May 2017, after a call from IACM, asking us to help keeping them in Anima as the kennel has no more space for other rescues. They have all microchip, were spayed and properly vaccinated. They were de-wormed, checked and delivered to Cat Paradise. C1521-Sine had upper respiratory infection and gingivitis.
