Anima–July Sad News (SPP1203-Mui Mui)!

<25-07-2017> SPP1203-Mui Mui (F), a white dog, was under our Special Protection Program (SPP), together with SPP819-Gor Gor (M), a dark brown dog, from 22nd January 2014, and they were living near Miramar Restaurant in Coloane. We have detected the disappearance of Mui Mui on 17th July 2017 and we tried immediately to find her. We were not able to find her before today, even using Gor Gor with us. Mui Mui was a very gentle lady and never went too far away of her place. Anima has provided two houses for Mui Mui and Gor Gor inside Miramar area, and they were being taken care by the staff of Miramar Restaurant and by Anima rescue team! Anima–July Sad News (C1577-Cabbage)!

<24-07-2017> C1562-Heidi (F), was rescued by Anima on 29th May 2017, with around two years old, after a call from Mr. Leong, informing that he has rescued a pregnant cat, C1562-Heidi, near Estrada de Ferreira do Amaral the night before. As he had no experience for taking care of a pregnant cat, he asked us to help. Heidi was in our Cats’ Paradise and C1577-Cabbage, C1578-Pea, C1579-Celery, C1580-Eggplant were born on 4th June 2017. C1577-Cabbage was found having difficulty in breathing and passed away around 6am this morning. R.I.P. my friend! Please help us to help them! Never Abandon your pet! Anima–July Rescue and Sad News (S017-Coba)!

<24-07-2017> S017-Coba was rescued by Anima already dead on 24th July 2017, after a call from our staff reporting that a snack body was found in our shelter. The snake has bitten one of our dogs and was killed by them during lunch time! The body will be delivered to Macau Kennel. R.I.P. my friend! Sorry, this is the life! Please help us to help them! Anima–July Sad News (SPPC1557-Jet)!

<23-07-2017> The mother, SPPC1555-Juna, around two years old, with her kittens, SPPC1556-Jess, SPPC1557-Jet (M) and SPPC1558-Joss, on the time all around two months old, were rescued by Anima and became under our Special Protection Program, on the 26th May 2017, through Michele, somewhere in Taipa. All of them were brought to Anima for consultation and de-worming and were returned to their place under Michele responsibility. SPPC1557-Jet was brought back to Anima on 26th June 2017 for consultation. He was noticed getting skinny since one week ago and had been under medication since that. Anima–July Sad News (SPPC1413-Lancelot)!

<23-07-2017> SPPC1413-Lancelot (M), with an estimated age of four years old, entered in our Special Protection Program when was rescued by Anima, through Michele, on 1st February 2017, somewhere in Taipa. He was de-wormed and castrated by our vet on 1st February 2017 and then returned to his former place after medication prescribed. He was rescued again on 19th May 2017 when was brought to Anima for consultation as he was skinny. He was delivered back and came again on 9th June 2017, due to diarrhea. Blood test from few days ago showed that he had renal problems, dehydration with slight diabetes. He had been under dripping since that day. Unfortunately he couldn’t make it. R.I.P. my friend! Anima–July Sad News (C1270-Mei)!

<20-07-2017> C1270-Mei (F), on the time around two years old, was rescued by Anima on 26th August 2016, after a call from Ms. Choi reporting that a cat fell down from a building in Estrada Mei Keng to her balcony and entered her apartment. Mei was checked by our vet and no injury was found on her body. She stayed with us since that. Unfortunately she has died in the morning and the cause of death was FIP. R.I.P. my friend! Anima–July Sad News (SPPC1498-Bub)!

<19-07-2017> SPPC1497-MJ (F) and SPPC1498-Bub (M), on the time around one and half months old, were under our Special Protection Program (SPP), after being rescued by Anima through Michele on 17th April 2017! They were checked by our vet and de-wormed. Bub had an eye infection. After medication, they were returned to their place and fostered by Michele temporarily. On 28th April 2017, they came back for consultation and staying with us in Cats Paradise. SPPC1498-Bub was diagnose with FIP on 11th July. He had been staying in our vet area. Anima–July Sad News (D001-White Dolphin)!

<18-07-2017> D001-White Dolphin, was found by Anima already death on 18th July 2017, after a call from Ms. Shirley reporting that a body of a white dolphin was found in the private condominium of  Cheoc Van Garden   in the morning. We contacted IACM and the body was handled by them and DSAMA (the department in charge of controlling our waters). R.I.P. my friend! Thanks Ms. Shirley! Anima–July Sad News (C1591-Aliana)!

<18-07-2017> C1519-Alma (F) and C1520-Allie (F), around two years and one year old, respectively, were rescued by Anima on the 9th May 2017, after a call from Ms. Sandy, reporting that she took them home one day before and asked us if we could take to Anima all the cats she feeds in Guia as she found many have been poisoned there. They were brought to Anima, checked by our vet and de-wormed. C1519-Alma has severe gingivitis and upper respiratory problems and was pregnant. She was breathing hard with yellowish nasal discharge and was dehydrated. She was staying in V8 under treatment. C1591-Aliana (F), C1592-Apollo (M) and C1593-Ayden (M) were born by C1519-Alma on 11th June. C1593-Ayden passed away after was born. Anima–July Sad News (C1541-Haku)!

<18-07-2017> C1541-Haku (M), around three years old, was rescued by Anima on the 20th May 2017, after a call from Mr. Luk, informing that a cat, C1541-Haku, entered in his working area at Edifício Industrial Chong Fong. He asked us to help as the cat had many fleas. Our rescue team set up a cat trap there and C1541-Haku was caught. C1541-Haku was checked by our vet and de-wormed. C1541-Haku was transferred to our vet area since 14th July as he was coughing a lot. He had been under medication since that. C1541-Haku had upper respiratory infection and corona virus. He began to enter in suffer due to fluid inside his abdomen, not eating and coughing while lying down!
