Anima–October Sad News (C1310-Polytec)!
<25-10-2016> C1310-Polytec (M), four months old, was rescued by Anima on 14th October 2016, after a call from Ms. Chan, reporting that a kitten was rescued by her near the bus stop of Edf. Va Pou Garden, the day before. Polytec was shaking and soaking, refused to eat and had discharge on his eyes. Ms. Chan didn’t know how to take care of him and asked our help. Polytec was checked by our vet and dewormed. He had difficulty in breathing, and showed pain when we touched his chest. He was sent to a clinic for an x-ray and further examination. He had severe pneumonia and needed to stay in the clinic for observation. He was then transferred to another clinic for a second opinion on 23rd October 2016. X-ray showed that Polytec had Congenital Diaphragmatic Hernia. His heart was being oppressed, and the right lung was shrinking and could hardly be seen from X-Ray. Most...
