Anima – Galaxy visited us donating blankets!

Today a group of six people from Galaxy had visited us bringing a lot of blankets for our animals. Thanks Galaxy! Galaxy is one of our fifth major donators! More and more visitors come to Anima! Last year we have 5,511 visitors as compared with 5,032 visitors in 2013, an increase of around 9.5%! In 2015, up to the end of June, we had 2,972 visitors an increase of 6.3% as compared with 2,796 in the same period of 2014! 32 groups of schools, associations and companies have visited us! Anima – Community helps us donating!

Today we received visitors from the School of Nations that have donated to us MOP 16,000, money raised by the School in their event “Paw Protection Carnival” held on April 10, 2015, organized by the Form 6 students. Also our friends from Australia, the family Hill, has donated to us MOP 20,000. Rational Live Events Macau Ltd, a company that organizes the Poker Stars Live in Macau, has donated to us MOP 350,000! All these funds are very important for us as our vet bills and food bills this year rounds MOP 55,000 and MOP 87,000 per month, respectively! PLEASE HELP LAURETTA (Our campaign 001-02-2015)

LAURETA NEEDS YOUR HELP Campaign 001/02/2015 1419-Lauretta, about two months old, was rescued on February 17, 2015, by Anima, after a call from a street cleaner. Lauretta was not able to move near a garbage bin somewhere in Coloane. 1419-Lauretta was sent immediately to a clinic for an X-Ray. The left shoulder was broken. It happened about 2-4 weeks ago according to the vet. She needs a surgery. All will cost Anima around 30 thousand patacas. Please help us! Never abandon your pet! Abandoning a pet is cruelty!
