<04-05-2017> On the 4th of May 2017, we have received from Janet Tracy, a former director in Venetian and wife of our good friend Edward Tracy, former President of Venetian, the amount of USD 2,000.00, income from the sale of a book for kids that Janet has published in USA, named “Grace and Shu Mai, the dumpling dog”. Shu Mai, a black dog, was adopted from Anima and the book is a story about her daughter Grace and Shu Mai and has several pages totally referred to Anima. <03-05-2017> On the 3rd of May 2017, we received 28 boxes of towels and blankets from Venetian for our animals. The group of Sands (Macau), is an old sponsor of Anima, from 2011, and actually reached our level of Gold Sponsor. Anima – Culinary Arts Management of IFT visited us!

<24-04-2017> Today, 27 people visited us, 23 were students from Culinary Arts Management of IFT that came to our Dogs’ shelter! They donated to us MOP 83,925.20, the result of their Charity Dinner “Wonderful Land” on April 1st, 2017. Anima was represented in the dinner by our Vice-President Mr. Guy Lesquoy! Thanks for your strong support! Education is the key issue for changing the cruelty environment against animals. Pets are for life! More and more visitors come to Anima! In 2016, we had 7,519 visitors an increase of 30.4% as compared with 5,768 in 2015! 128 groups of schools, associations, companies and friends have visited us, an increase of 85.8%! Anima – Donations from Our Community!

<16-04-2017> Please help us! We are in risk of reducing drastically our activity and release staff! The funds received from Wynn Resort and two very important Chinese members of our community were provided and  used to pay the carried forward debts of Anima. At the moment we have no more 2016 debts, but we need funds to be capable to keep our daily activity! During all month of March we received from members of our community, local and non-local members, MOP 52,350,00 for helping us in these difficult times, of which 30,000 from Mrs. Ieong! Anima–Merchandise for selling and Donations received!
