Anima–November Adoption (C2424-Alphard)!

<20-11-2020> Alphard was adopted by Ms. Belinda today! C2424-Alphard (F), a kitten around three months old, was rescued by Anima on 8th November 2020, following a demanding rescue operation carried out in cooperation with the Fire Department. In the afternoon, we received a call from Ms. Sio reporting that a kitten was trapped inside her car in N.A.P.E. The Fire Department had already been mobilized, but the kitten remained stuck after more than one hour of unsuccessful attempts. They asked us for help. After some effort, our staff managed to lure the kitten and slowly pull her out between the different car components. Alphard was then sent to a clinic, where she was hospitalized receiving a full health check. We are grateful for the support of everyone who helped us in this rescue! Anima–November Adoption (C2073-Zora)!

<18-11-2020> Zora was adopted today by Mr. Colley! C2073-Zora (F), around one year old by the time, was rescued on the 26th January 2019, after a call from Ms. Mak when she found C2073-Zora and four kittens near S. Lourenço Municipal Market Complex. Ms. Mak asked us to borrow our cat trap so she could catch the kittens. All family has been in our Cats’ Paradise. Zora was adopted today by Mr. Colley! Thank you, Mr. Colley! Anima-November Adoption (C2405-Woody)!

<18-11-2020> Woody was adopted by Mr. Teles today! C2402-Forky (newborn), C2403-Gabby (F), around one year old, C2404-Buzz (newborn) and C2405-Woody (newborn), as well as C2406-Tifa (F), C2407-Tova (F) and C2408-Terra (F), all around seven months old, were rescued by Anima on the 10th October 2020, following a visit to a site under the responsibility of an elderly lady, who has asked for our help with long-term food support for her animals. Unexpectedly, we were taken to a patio of a building where 11 cats were found in small cages, inside a narrow and dark improvised room. Due to the severe state they were in, without minimum living conditions, we immediately started developing plans to an extensive rescue operation. They have been in our Cats’ Paradise! Anima-November Adoption (2306-Yamaha)!

<16-11-2020> Yamaha was adopted by Mr. Santos, today! 2306-Yamaha (M), a poodle of around four years old by the time, was rescued by Anima on 10th October 2020. Mr. Dullin, a blue-card holder, visited our shelter claiming that he can no longer take care of Yamaha, since he was dismissed by his employer. Anima–November Adoption (C2395-Lani)!

<14-11-2020> Lani was adopted by Mr. Wong, today! C2395-Lani (F), a cat around one year old, was rescued by Anima on 16/09/2020 following a call reporting that a cat was found inactive under an air conditioning box of an interior window on a third floor of a building in Patane, Macau. Being on a spot difficult to access, Anima contacted I.A.M. to help with the rescue. After several attempts, IAM was able to help our team rescuing the cat. She was immediately sent to a clinic, where X-ray scan results showed a fracture on the right front leg. A surgery would later be conducted with success. C2372-Yacob (M), around one and a half years old by the time, was rescued by Anima on 25th July 2020 after being found abandoned in front of Cats’ Paradise entrance gate in the early morning. A letter was found telling that Yacob was under the guard of a solitary old man who just passed away. The abandoner claimed to be unable to take care of him. Anima-November Adoption (C2391, C2393)!

<05-11-2020> Nilah and Nicolette were adopted today by Mr. Weng! C2391-Nilah (F), C2392-Nayomi (F), C2393-Nicolette (F), C2394-Nelly (M), all around two weeks old by the time, were rescued by Anima on 14th September 2020, after a call from Ms. Carla reporting that she heard kittens meowing very loud from the abandoned house next to her workplace at Calçada da Igreja de São Lázaro. Our Rescue Team went to the place where a worker already had rescued the kittens and put them waiting in a cartoon box. All the kittens were welcome to our Cats' Paradise and they were temporarily fostered by our supervisor, Ms. Mandy, for milk feeding. Nilah and Nicolette were adopted today by Mr. Weng! <04-11-2020> Cocoa was adopted by Mr. Edimar, today! 2221-Brandy (F), 2222-Cocoa (F), 2223-Cinnamon (F), 2224-Mocha (F), 2225-Nugget (M), all around one and a half month old and 2226-Peanut (M) near two months old by the time, were rescued by Anima from Macau Kennel (I.A.M.) on 24th January 2020. C2359-Cici (F), around four months old at the time, was rescued by Anima on 18th June 2020, after a Facebook message from Ms. Lei reporting that she found a kitten on R. de São José under heavy rain. She took the kitten to her home temporarily, but she was unable to take care of her for long term. Our rescue team was mobilized and collected the kitten.
