Adoption, Temporary Accommodation (SPP1666-Tiko)!

<22-11-2016> Tiko was adopted by Ms. Emma on 22nd November 2016! See how he was when rescued, how he grew and how beautiful and happy Tiko is now with the new family! Tiko was a stray animal under our Special Protection Program (SPP) living in a site! This is a good example of care! SPP1666-Tiko (M) was rescued by Anima in Coloane on 14th March 2016 as he was found breathing hard and vomiting. He was sent to a clinic for consultation immediately and he had to stay overnight there for observation. The first vet opinion shown he needed a surgery but could only do it after few days and he had possibilities of survive. A second vet opinion from other clinic referred that the success of a surgery was very limited and serious danger might occur during the surgery. Anima–November Adoption (C1328-Prince)!

<22-11-2016> Prince was adopted by Ms. Ng on 22nd November 2016! C1328-Prince (M), was rescued by Anima on 10th November 2016, with an estimated age of nine months old, after a call from Mr. Hun reporting that his friend gave him a cat but he couldn’t keep him anymore. According to Mr. Hun, Prince couldn’t get along well with his dog and he asked our help. Prince has stayed with us until now. Thanks Ms. Ng! Please Adopt and never Buy! Anima–November Adoption (C1320, C1321)!

<21-11-2016> Goma and Ginger II were adopted by Ms. Leung on 21st November 2016! C1320-Goma (F) and C1321-Ginger II (F), both were rescued by Anima on 3rd November 2016, with an estimated age of four years old, after a call from our staff, reporting that someone told them there were two cats in front of the entrance of the Water Company near Anima. Our staff found two cats inside the container over there. The cats were checked by our vet and dewormed. After that, Anima received a call from the owner telling that she didn’t pay the rent long time and her landlord got back the apartment and put her two cats near our shelter, asking us for collecting them. The owner claimed that her friend will come to Anima to pick them up as she is not in Macau right now. Goma and Ginger II were adopted by her friend Ms....

Anima–November Adoption (C1163, C1319)!

<19-11-2016> Maddie and Root were adopted by Ms. Campbell on 19th November 2016! C1163-Maddie (F), was rescued by Anima on 16th April 2016 with an estimated age of two years old, after a call from Mr. Wong reporting that a pregnant cat was found in Toi San and her stomach was getting bigger. Six kittens, C1167-Mattie, C1168-Mecifer, C1169-Migget, C1170-Minco, C1171-Marcy and C1172-Mayton were born by her on 19th April 2016. C1319-Root (M), was rescued by Anima on 27th October 2016 with an estimated age of three months old, after a call from Ms. Leong reporting that a kitten was found in Rua de Seng Tou. Both of his eyes had an infection and could barely open. Root was checked by our vet and dewormed. He had upper respiratory tract infection and conjunctivitis, yellowish ocular and nasal discharge. Anima–November Adoption (HG001-Sonic)!

<17-11-2016> Sonic was adopted by Ms. Lee on 17th November 2016! HG001-Sonic (M), was rescued by Anima on 26th October 2016 with an estimated age of five years old, after a call from Mr. Pedro reporting that a hedgehog was found in a carton box beside the garbage bin near Ocean Garden Health Center. His right face and right eye were swollen. There were wood shavings bedding inside the box. So Sonic should has been abandoned. Sonic was sent to a clinic for consultation. According to the vet, he had teeth infection, ear infection and sarcoptic mange. He has stayed in the clinic for observation until now. He has recovered and was adopted today. Thanks Ms. Lee! Anima–November Adoption (1774-Sea)!

<07-11-2016> Sea was adopted by Ms.  Jesus on 7th November 2016! 1773-Sky (M), together with 1774-Sea (M), both were rescued by Anima with an estimated age of 2.5 months old, on 18th August 2016, after a call from Ms. Lai reporting that two puppies were found getting soaked underbrush outside Kiang Wu Hospital. Anima–November Adoption (SPPC1292, C1303)!

<02-11-2016> Ava and Anna were adopted by Mr. Fok on 2nd November 2016! SPPC1292-Ava (F), SPPC1293-Homer (M) and SPPC1294-Pigeon (F), were rescued by Anima through Michele with an estimated age of five months old, on 24th September 2016, somewhere in Taipa. Ava had upper respiratory infection and conjunctivitis. She was sneezing, the right eye lid was reddish and inflamed. She was under medication. Homer and Pigeon were healthy and they were staying with us for adoption. C1303-Anna (F), was rescued by Anima with an estimated age of three months old on 8th October 2016, after Mrs. Wong informed us that Anna was found in a carton box under Victor Garden at Rua Direita do Hipodromo. Anima–October Adoption (C1265, C1266)!

<23-10-2016> Saunder and Sarika were adopted by Mr. Chan on 23rd October 2016! See them now and when were rescued! C1265-Saunder (M), together with C1266-Sarika (F), on the time both around 2.5 months old, were rescued by Anima on 20th August 2016, after a call from Mr. Leong reporting that two kittens were found under a truck in Rua 2 Iao Hon and they were weak. Mr. Leong sent them to a clinic and took care of them one night. They were collected by Anima and checked by our vet in the next day. Both of them had upper respiratory and flea infection. The eyes were red and inflamed. They were not willing to eat, got hypothermia, and were sneezing and coughing as well. Both of them were fostered temporarily by our cat supervisor Peng as they needed force feeding. Saunder and Sarika have stayed with us until now. Thanks Mr. Chan! Please Adopt and never Buy! Anima–October Adoption (SPPC1079-Patton)!

<23-10-2016> Patton was adopted by Mr. Un on 23rd October 2016! SPPC1079-Patton (M), three years old, was under our Special Protection Program and wasrescued by Anima through Michele, on 27th November 2015, somewhere in Taipa. Patton had fever and both eyes were inflamed. He was neutered and after recovered was returned to his former place, on 21st January 2016. He was brought to Anima again on 2nd March 2016. A hole was found in his mouth, the ears were dirty and the gums were red and inflamed. According to Michele, Patton was probably bitten by the dogs in the area, as there were several dogs attacking cats on the time. Patton stayed with us for medical treatment.
