Anima-Escola Choi Nong Chi Tai visited us!

<11-04-2021> Today, we were visited by 57 people, of which 24 were from ‘Escola Choi Nong Chi Tai’. The students gave us a helpful hand volunteering at our Cats’ Paradise. We are grateful for your support! Education is the key issue for changing the cruelty environment against animals. Pets are for life! More and more visitors come to Anima! In 2020, we were visited by 10.495 people, compared with 7.487 visitors in 2019. <10-04-2021> Today, we were visited by 48 people, of which 15 were students from Escola Seong Fan da Associação Comercial de Macau. All of them had the opportunity to interact with our furry friends at our Dogs’ Shelter. Thank you for your visit and support! Anima in a Charity Movie Screening at Cinema Alegria!

<10-04-2021> Anima attended a Charity Movie Screening at Cinema Alegria today. The movie ‘Kung Fu Vacation’, produced by Ms. Esther Lim, a Macau local film director, was screened at the event. Anima-April Rescue and Sad News (C2572-MiMi)!

<07-04-2021> C2572-MiMi (F), around two years old, was rescued by Anima on 7th April 2021, after a call from Mrs. Law reporting that a pregnant cat was passed away in an abandoned land at Rua Kun Iam Tong. Mrs. Law used to feed the cats in that area and could not found the pregnant cat since yesterday. She was informed by the neighborhoods that C2572-MiMi has died under bushes. Our staff member and a volunteer have been tried searching for the body, but without success. This afternoon, our rescue team found it out. Her body was collected to be delivered in IAM and investigate the cause of death. Thanks, Mrs. Law, for your help! R.I.P. our friend! Never Abandon your pets! Anima–April Foster Family (C1188-Carmy)!

<06-04-2021> Carmy was fostered today by Ms. Khoulood! C1188-Carmy (F), around ten months old back then, was rescued by Anima on 8th May 2016, after a call from Mr. Lei reporting that a cat was found in the Car Park of Van Sion Son Chun. Her ears and fur were very clean which could make us suspect that she might had an owner before. Carmy was welcome to our Cats’ Paradise, and now fostered by a family. Anima–April Adoption (C2306-Keanna)!

<06-04-2021> Keanna was adopted by Ms. Tam today! C2306-Keanna (M), around 2 two years old, was rescued by Anima on 19th March 2020, after received a call from Mr. Leong reporting that an injured cat, C2306-Keanna entered in his building at Edifício Chong Seng da Tv. dos Vendilhões with his nose bleeding. He asked us to help. C2306-Keanna was immediately sent to a veterinary clinic. X-ray results revealed that her right hind stifle joint was broken, and surgery was needed for a bone fracture repair. C2306-Keanna will stay in the clinic overnight under medical care. Today, C2306-Keanna found a forever family! Thanks for adopting, Ms. Tam! Please help us to help them! <06-04-2021> Pringles was adopted by Ms. Lao today! Eleven cats, C2529-Pringles (M), two and a half months old, C2530-Tamas (M) and C2531-Tamaya (F), both three and a half months old, C2532-Manford (M), around two years old, C2533-Marino (M), around 5 months old, C2534-Manson (M), around three years old, C2535-Melvin (M), around one year old, C2536-Gusta (F), around two years old, C2537-Kristy (F), around one year old, C2538-Krystal (F), around two years old and C2539-Kimama (F), around three years old, were rescued by Anima on 26th February 2021, from Macau Kennel as they are completely full. They were welcome to our Cats’ Paradise. Today, C2529-Pringles found a forever family! Thanks for adopting, Ms. Lao! Please help us to help them!
