<08-03-2021> Our female cat, C2481-Voda gave birth to four kittens: C2503-Peewee, C2504-Munchkin, C2505-Nugget and C2506-Squirt, on 6th February 2021. Unfortunately, C2505-Nugget passed away! Anima–March Sad News (877-Lisa)!

<08-03-2021> 877-Lisa (F), one of our dogs rescued long time ago, was found with an abscess on her right hind lower leg, on 24th December 2020. She was under treatment and antibiotics. On 30th December, 877-Lisa was sent to a clinic for consultation. According to the vet, the staining microscopy and x-ray results, the abscess could be a tumor or an infection. Hospice care was recommended as she may be near the end of her life. Anima was focus on providing the best quality of life for her with a terminal disease. Yesterday, 877-Lisa was sent to a clinic for further examination. She did a blood test and the result indicated that she has anemia. X-Ray result showed that her intestine is abnormal. In the clinic, they suspected that her tumor might have been spread to her intestines. Today, 877-Lisa passed away due to cancer. R.I.P. our dear friend! Never Abandon your pets! Abandoning...

Anima–March Adoption (C2458-Mac Mac)!

<07-03-2021> Mac Mac was adopted by Ms. Ho today! 2458-Mac Mac (M), a cat about two years old by the time of the rescue, was collected by Anima on the 22nd December, 2020 after a call informing that a cat was hiding inactive under the bus kiosk of Macau Tower. Our Rescue team managed to rescue and send him to a clinic. He was confirmed healthy and welcomed into our Cats’ Paradise. Today, Mac Mac found a forever home! Thank you for adopting, Ms. Ho! Anima-University of Macau visited us!

<06-03-2021> Today, we were visited by 59 people, of which 11 were students from The University of Macau on a visit to our Dogs’ Shelter. The students gave us a helpful hand walking our furry friends. Thank you for your visit and support! Education is the key issue for changing the cruelty environment against animals. Anima–March Rescue (C2543-Tesla)!

<06-03-2021> C2543-Tesla (F), around six years old, was rescued by Anima on 6th March, 2021 after being caught by our staff wandering around the roofs of Cats’ Paradise. Tesla has no microchip and hasn’t been spayed. She was welcomed into our shelter and is currently under quarantine. Anima–February Rescue and Sad News (2344-Poe)!

<04-03-2021> 2344-Poe (F), around three years old, was rescued by Anima on 4th March 2021, after her dead body was found by Mr. Albano in the early morning, lying on the roadside of Estrada de Hac Sa near the Man Hong Yeung villas. Mr. Albano contacted our Rescue team and they immediately collected the body. No blood or visible injuries were found. It was sent directly to I.A.M. for further investigation. Anima–March Rescue (B200-Astro)!

<04-03-2021> B200-Astro, a baby dove, was rescued by Anima on 4th March 2021, after received Facebook message from Mr. Chan reporting that he found a baby pigeon near Hotel Estoril yesterday and could not find the nest around. He temporarily took the baby dove to his home for care and requested our rescue team assistance. Later, Mr. Chan decided to send the baby bird B200-Astro directly to a clinic today. Thanks, Mr. Chan!
