Anima-November Sad News (H034-Cranberry)!

<06-11-2020> H031-Apple (F) and H032-Cherry (M), around three months old, H033-Blue Berry (F), H034-Cranberry (M), H035-Raspberry (F), H036-Lychee (F), H037-Plum (F), H038-Strawberry (F), all around one month old, were rescued by ANIMA on the 30th January 2020, after received a message from Facebook on 27th January, by a 12 years old youngster, Keiji Kester Go Celestina telling that he can’t take care of his 28 hamsters anymore because they breed a lot and they are always fighting. He does not have enough money to buy food for them as well. He asked us to help. We collected them all and they were welcome in our Dog’s Shelter! Today, H034-Cranberry died in his cage and we do not know the cause of death, yet. R.I.P. our friend! Never Abandon your pets! Anima-November Sad News (151-Raji)!

<05-11-2020> 151-Raji (M), a senior dog of our shelter with around 15 years old, was suffering from a splenic tumour and kidney problems. A safe surgery would be, unfortunately, hard to accomplish at this point, due to his age and weak health condition. The chances of recovery after surgery are also very low. Following veterinary medical advice and consent given by several Anima board members, Raji was euthanized in a clinic, an effort to shorten his agony. R.I.P. our friend! Never Abandon your pets! Anima-November Adoption (C2391, C2393)!

<05-11-2020> Nilah and Nicolette were adopted today by Mr. Weng! C2391-Nilah (F), C2392-Nayomi (F), C2393-Nicolette (F), C2394-Nelly (M), all around two weeks old by the time, were rescued by Anima on 14th September 2020, after a call from Ms. Carla reporting that she heard kittens meowing very loud from the abandoned house next to her workplace at Calçada da Igreja de São Lázaro. Our Rescue Team went to the place where a worker already had rescued the kittens and put them waiting in a cartoon box. All the kittens were welcome to our Cats' Paradise and they were temporarily fostered by our supervisor, Ms. Mandy, for milk feeding. Nilah and Nicolette were adopted today by Mr. Weng! Anima-New SPP dogs (SPP2310, SPP2311, SPP2312)!

<05-11-2020> SPP2310-Myra (F), SPP2311-Myrna (F) and SPP2312-Myron (M), all around one month old, are now under our Special Protection Program (SPP). It was reported to our rescue team by a Miramar's worker, Mr. Edgar, that he caught these three puppies and asked us to help. The mother dog is always wandering in the mountain but very difficult to approach. SPP2310-Myra, SPP2311-Myrna, SPP2312-Myron were consulted in our clinic and released back to their family place. Rescue team will start giving puppy food in Miramar’s place and check on their condition. Thanks, Mr. Edgar! Please help us to help them! Never Abandon your pet! Anima–November Adoption (2222-Cocoa)!

<04-11-2020> Cocoa was adopted by Mr. Edimar, today! 2221-Brandy (F), 2222-Cocoa (F), 2223-Cinnamon (F), 2224-Mocha (F), 2225-Nugget (M), all around one and a half month old and 2226-Peanut (M) near two months old by the time, were rescued by Anima from Macau Kennel (I.A.M.) on 24th January 2020. They were caught by I.A.M. in Estrada Militar (Coloane) two weeks before. All were welcome in our Dog Shelter and 2222-Cocoa was fostered on 19th May 2020. Cocoa was adopted today by Mr. Edimar! <04-11-2020> Today, we were visited by 10 people who were from Shiu Pong College (University of Macau) and helped us in our Cats’ Paradise with internal work of Anima! Anima-Shiu Pong College (UM) visited us!

<04-11-2020> Today, we were visited by 10 people, of which 9 were from Shiu Pong College (University of Macau) who made a small tour to our Dogs’ Shelter and came to know the internal work of Anima! Anima–November Adoption (C2359-Cici)!

<03-11-2020> Cici was adopted by Mr. Kwong, today! C2359-Cici (F), around four months old at the time, was rescued by Anima on 18th June 2020, after a Facebook message from Ms. Lei reporting that she found a kitten on R. de São José under heavy rain. She took the kitten to her home temporarily, but she was unable to take care of her for long term. Our rescue team was mobilized and collected the kitten.
