Anima–January Sad News (C1197-Harper)!

<26-01-2024> Our senior cat, C1197-Harper (M), around almost 11 years old, was rescued by Anima on 20th May 2016. Recently, Harper was diagnosed with a chronic kidney problem, pancreatitis, jaundice and mild anemia. He was sent to a clinic for treatment. His health condition was not getting better and, unfortunately, C1197-Harper passed away, today. R.I.P. our friends! Never Abandon your pets! Anima–January Rescue (from C2902 to C2905)!

<26-01-2024> C2902-Nutella (F) and C2903-Nestle (M), around six years old and C2904-Skippy (F), together with C2905-Kraft (M), both 10 years old, were rescued by Anima on 26th January 2024, from the kennel after a call from Ms. Zeng referring that her ex-neighbor, an old guy named Peter had cancer and heart problems, who lived alone and had around 20 cats at his home now with no conditions. She asked us help. Anima will cooperate with other associations to rescue all the cats, step by step, as long as we have space. Nutella, Nestle, Skippy and Kraft were welcome to our Cats’ Paradise, today! Thanks, Ms. Zeng for your concern, help and dedication! <25-01-2024> SPP1384-Hac Chai (M), around 12 years old, was collected from IAM and welcome to Anima on 25th January 2024, as we had previously collected dogs from the same group like SPP1380-Ma Chu (F), around 14 years old and SPP804-Hans (M), around 12 years old, under our Special Protection Program (SPP) since 2015. Anima–January Sad News (C250-Black Pearl)!

<23-01-2024> C250-Black Pearl (F), one of our senior cats, got sick recently. She was found vomiting for multiple times. According to the vet in a clinic, Black Pearl had pancreatitis. Ultrasound scan showed a strange cyst in front of her left kidney, suspecting that it was a tumor. Her health condition was not getting better and today, unfortunately, C250-Black Pearl was found passed away. R.I.P. our friends! Never Abandon your pets! Anima–January Sad News (532-Money)!

<22-01-2024> 532-Money (M), one of our senior dogs was found unable to move. He was sent to a clinic as he did not have strength to get up and stand on his own feet. 532-Money has been taking renal supplements. Blood test results showed an acute pancreatitis and hypothyroidism. He was hospitalized in the clinic for treatment. Unfortunately, his health condition was not getting better and today, 532-Money was found passed away. R.I.P. our friends! Never Abandon your pets! Anima–Abandonment Rescue (C2648-King Kong)!

<17-01-2024> C2648-King Kong (M), around two months old back then, was rescued by Anima on 21st October 2021, after a Facebook Message from Ms. Lau reporting that a kitten, C2648-King Kong, was wandering in the street at Rua do Comendador Kou Ho Neng, near Hotel Riviera. She asked us to help. C2648-King Kong was welcome to our Cats’ Paradise and he was adopted by Mr. King on 23rd October 2021. Unfortunately, the cat had to be left with a lady because his owner was going to leave Macau. C2648-King Kong returned to Anima as the lady cannot take care of him.
