Anima–September Adoption (C2335-Feifei)!

<02-09-2020> C2335-Feifei was adopted by Ms. U, today! C2335-Feifei (M), around two years old, was rescued by ANIMA on 11th May 2020, after a call two days before from Mr. Mak, the management of Nam Van Peninsula Carpark, reporting that a ginger cat entered in their carpark and has been living there for a few days. However, they always use rat traps and rat poison, it was not a safe place for a cat living in. Rescue team set a cat trap there and he was caught. C2335-Feifei was clinically observed and welcome to our Cats’ Paradise! C2335-Feifei was adopted by Ms. U, today! Thanks, Ms. U! Please, Adopt and never Buy! Anima-September Rescue (C2380-Sonya)!

<01-09-2020> C2380-Sonya (F), around three months old, was rescued by Anima on 1st September 2020, after a call from Ms. Wu referring that she saw an old lady rescuing a very weak kitten on R. Seis do Bairro Iao Hon. The lady has been feeding the cats in that area. The kitten was immediately sent to a clinic. She was very weak, extremely skinny, all wet and dirty. According to the vet, C2380-Sonya might have sepsis. She will stay in the clinic for now. Thanks, Ms. Wu! Please help us to help them! Anima–August Adoption (SPP2147-Basha)!

<30-08-2020> Basha was adopted by Ms. Arlete! SPP2147-Basha (F), around seven months old by the time, has been under our SPP program since 6th August, 2019. She was under Mr. Wong’s responsibility in the construction site of Seac Pai Van. Mr. Wong, however, asked us if we could rescue Basha together with her mother, SPP2146-Barbie (F), and her siblings, SPP2148-Banko (M) and SPP2148-Banke (M), as the construction project would be completed in September. SPP2147-Basha was then rescued by Anima on the 9th August, 2019 and neutered on the following day. She has been in our shelter until now. Anima-August Sad News (359-Titan)!

<28-08-2020> 359-Titan (M) is one of Anima’s old dogs in our Dog’s Shelter. Recently, 359-Titan's hindlegs were a bit swollen, refused to eat and later he had difficulty breathing. He was sent to a clinic for consultation. Medical exams’ results revealed that 359-Titan had a pericardial effusion. According to the vet, he has a heart tumor and there is no cure for it. After, consultation and medical prescription he returned to our Dogs’ Shelter to start the treatment. Today, 359-Titan passed away in Anima. R.I.P. my friend! Never Abandon your pets! Anima–August Adoption (C2374-Ulrich)!

<28-08-2020> Ulrich was adopted by Ms. Qing, today! C2374-Ulrich (M), around four months old, was rescued by Anima on 9th August 2020, following a call from Mr. Wong reporting that a kitten was near Rua Quatro do Bairro da Areia Preta, lying down and not moving. He asked us for help. Our rescue team went to the site and found Ulrich dehydrated, with a big wound on his left chin, as well as heavy ocular and nasal discharge. Anima–August Adoption (B164, B165, B166, B167)!

<26-08-2020> Tiki, Tiko, Bubba and Buddy were delivered to Mr. Fui, today! A pair of budgies, B164-Tiki (F) and B165-Tiko (M), and a pair of lovebirds, B166-Bubba (M) and B167-Buddy (F), around three weeks old, were rescued by Anima on 24th August 2020, after being found by our rescue team on the roadside hedgerows of Avenida Doutor Stanley Ho. Rescue Team have stayed there for a while and didn’t see anyone similar to an owner nearby. B164-Tiki, B165-Tiko, B166-Bubba and B167-Buddy were brought to Anima and were temporarily fostered by our staff, Mr. Ronel. Later, Anima was contacted by Mr. Fui, who claimed to be their owner and reporting that his apartment is small so the birds are left outside in the garden to enjoy nature for a while. Anima-August Rescue (C2378-Kilian)!

<23-08-2020> C2378-Kilian (M), a kitten around 10 weeks old, was rescued by Anima today following a call by Ms. Mak reporting that a kitten has fallen into a patio inside Centro Católico da Igreja de São Francisco Xavier, in Mong Ha. Our rescue team was mobilized to help catching the kitten and he was then sent to our shelter. Kilian seems to be unhurt but is under close observation for the time being.
