Anima-May Rescue and Return (2273-Ar Wong)!

<14-05-2020> 2273-Ar Wong (M), around nine years old, was rescued by Anima on 14th May 2020, after a call from Ms. Lee saying that she found a very friendly beagle wandering alone near Sintra Hotel and she sent him to ANIMA Dogs’ shelter. Rescue team checked his microchip and contacted Macau Kennel to find the owner. The owner, Mr. Li, contacted us right afterwards and said that his beagle was adopted from Macau Kennel around four years ago. Ar Wong usually stays on the ground floor in his metal shop on Rua da Águia, where he lives above the shop. Mr. Li opened the gate a little for fresh air and he thinks that the beagle escaped through the gap. Ar Wong was still there last night, but Mr. Li couldn't see him this morning. Anima–May Adoption (C2233-Brook)!

<14-05-2020> Brook was adopted by Ms. Hong, today! C2233-Brook (M), around a month and a half old, was rescued by Anima on 16th November 2019, after a call from Mr. Wat, referring that he found an abandoned kitten in a box with larvae possible to endanger their survival. Anima–May Foster Family (C2260-Miffy)!

<14-05-2020> Miffy was fostered by Ms. Tonner! C2260-Miffy and C2261-Mini II, both females and around two years old by the time, were rescued by Anima on the 20th December 2019 after a call from their previous owner claiming that she can’t keep them anymore, due to illness of a family member. Both cats were welcomed in our Cats’ Paradise! C2260-Miffy was fostered by Ms. Assad on 22nd March 2020! Anima-May Rescue and Return (2272-Momo)!

<13-05-2020> 2272-Momo (M), around eight years old, was rescued by Anima on 13th May 2020, after a call from Ms. Mira saying that she went hiking in A-Ma Cultural Village and saw a Samoyed dog wandering alone (with collar) and eventually followed her back home in One Oasis. The Samoyed was staying inside her kitchen but she couldn’t keep him for long as she had two cats there. Rescue team checked his microchip, contacted Macau Kennel to find the owner and it was posted on Facebook. The owner, Ms. Chui, contacted us and said that her helper walks their two dogs every day at the trail in A-Ma Cultural Village but Momo was getting lazy and stayed waiting until they return back. The helper was advised that Momo should be on leash with them from now on. 2272-Momo returned today to his family in One Oasis! Thanks, Ms. Mira! Please help...

Anima-May Rescue and Return (SPP2086-Yvette)!

<12-05-2020> SPP2086-Yvette (F), around eight months old by the time, has been under our SPP Program since 5th January 2019. Today, she was rescued after a call from Ms. Choi, the responsible person for her, saying that Yvette had wounds on forehead and the back due to a dog fight. SPP2086-Yvette was brought to Anima, had a consultation and she was returned to her site with prescribed medication! Thanks, Ms.Choi! Please help us to help them! C2318-Elm, black color and C2319-Eagle, brown color and both males around two months old, were rescued by ANIMA on 17th April 2020, after we received a message in facebook from Ms. Si asking for help as she saw two kittens crying in the bushes of Estrada Lou Lim Leok, Taipa. Anima–May Adoption (C2325-Peace)!

<11-05-2020> Peace was adopted by Mr. Sequeira, today! C2325-Peace (F), around 3 years old was rescued after we received a call from Mr. Li reporting that a cat was suspected to fall onto the ground on Patio da Paz. Rescue team went there and an old guy also told the cat fell from the roof. The cat was sent directly to a clinic for consultation. Her X-ray report showed no fractures. C2325-Peace came to our Cats’ Paradise and stood in quarantine. Later, we received a call from Ms. Miu claiming to be the owner of C2325-Peace. Ms. Miu lived on Edf. Veng Fu Shan Chuen and didn’t have any grids in her home. After installed a balcony fence, C2325-Peace was adopted and returned to Ms. Miu's husband, Mr. Sequeira! Thanks, Mr. Li and Mr. Sequeira! Anima–May Rescue (C2335-Feifei)!

<11-05-2020> C2335-Feifei (M), around two years old, was rescued by ANIMA on 11th May 2020, after a call two days before from Mr. Mak, the management of Nam Van Peninsula Carpark, reporting that a ginger cat entered in their carpark and has been living there for a few days. However, they always use rat traps and rat poison, it was not a safe place for a cat living in. Rescue team set a cat trap there and he was caught.
