Anima–May Foster Family (2222-Cocoa)!

<19-05-2020> Cocoa was fostered by Mr. Edimar, today! 2221-Brandy (F), 2222-Cocoa (F), 2223-Cinnamon (F), 2224-Mocha (F), 2225-Nugget (M), all around one and a half month old and 2226-Peanut (M) near two months old, were rescued by ANIMA from Macau Kennel (I.A.M) in the 24th January 2020. They were caught by I.A.M in Estrada Militar (Coloane) two weeks before. All were welcome in our Dog Shelter! Cocoa was fostered today by Mr. Edimar! Thanks, Mr. Edimar! Please help us to help them! Anima–May Rescue (SPP2241-Ah Mui)!

<19-05-2020> SPP2241-Ah Mui (F), around 12 years old, is under our Special Protection Program (SPP) since 9th March 2020. She was rescued by Anima on 19th May 2020, after a call from Mr. O reporting that SPP2141-Ah Mui is coughing repeatedly, throwing up white foam and constantly making weird noises. Ah Mui was sent to a clinic for consultation. According to the vet, she might have Canine Chronic Bronchitis. SPP2241-Ah Mui was returned to Templo de A-Ma (Barra) after consultation and medication prescribed. Thanks, Mr. O! Please help us to help them! Anima–May Rescue (C2339-Bennie)!

<18-05-2020> C2339-Bennie (M), around 3 years old, was rescued by Anima on 18th May 2020, after receive a call from Mr. Lam reporting that he heard a bang near an alley on Rua do Padre João Clímaco. After the sound, he saw a black and white cat lying there, uncapable of moving by himself. Due to the heavy rain, Mr. Lam moved the cat to the shop nearby. C2339-Bennie had a small wound on right front arm. Apparently, he looks fine, but started to pant halfway and was sent to Macau Kennel for consultation. X-ray result showed that his pubic bone was broken and according with the vet, it may not be fixed with a surgery. Anima posted messages on Facebook to find the owner. Anima–May Rescue (2275-Lucky III)!

<18-05-2020> 2275-Lucky III (M), around 2 years old, was rescued by Anima from Macau Kenel on 18th May 2020, after received a call on 28th April 2020 from Mr. Varlei reporting that a male Belgian Malinois was found at Saída do Trilho do Nordeste de Coloane and he was very skinny. Rescue team went to the site but couldn’t catch him as he run away scared. I.A.M. was informed for assist rescue team. 2275-Lucky III was caught by I.A.M on 2nd May and staying in Macau Kennel for quarantine since then. <18-05-2020> Wallie was adopted by Mr. Chang, today! C2321-Wallie (M), around one month old by the time, was rescued by Anima on the 21st April 2020, after a call from Ms. Mak reporting that she found a sick kitten at the motorcycle parking on waterfront in Fai Chi Kei and her friend Mr. Yin was currently keeping him but not for a long period. <18-05-2020> Valensha was fostered by Ms. Iam, today! 2159-Vaesna and 2160-Valensha, both female around two months old, were rescued by Anima on 1st September 2019, after receiving an e-mail by Ms. Victoria who found two sibling puppies of which one was injured. <17-05-2020> Pochacco was adopted by Mr. Tang, today! C2338-Pochacco (M), around two years old, was rescued by Anima on 16th May 2020, after receive a message on Facebook from Mr. Hugo reporting that a British Shorthair, C2338-Pochacco, was abandoned outside of University of Macau - S1 Building with a pet carrier. Anima asked a professor of UM, Dr. Tang to help as Mr. Hugo cannot keep C2338-Pochacco overnight because pets are not allowed in his dormitory. C2338-Pochacco was fostered by Dr. Tang the night before. The cat looked skinny and had skin problem on the forehead. According to Dr. Tang, C2338-Pochacco was not willing to eat since he arrived. Blood tests results in a clinic showed that he had anaemia, liver problem. C2338-Pochacco was hospitalized in the clinic for IV Fluids and he was under medical care until recover.
