Anima – July Rescue (2132- Hommie)!

<01-07-2019> 2132- Hommie (F), around one and a half months old, was rescued by Anima on the 1st July 2019, after a call from a lady reporting that she had found a puppy lost and brought him home, but couldn’t keep her so asked us to rescue the puppy. Later on, he found out that Hommie had been rescued by one of our volunteers and adopted by the same lady who called us claiming that she found the puppy. After talking to the lady again, she confirmed that she lied and that she she adopted Hommie, but doesn’t want her anymore and was scared that the volunteer that helped her adopting would judge her for abandoning the puppy. 2132- Hommie was checked and welcomed in our Dogs’ Shelter! Anima – July Deceased (C2148- Pedra)!

<01-07-2019> C2148- Pedra (F), around eight years old, was rescued by Anima on the 29th June 2019, after a call from Ms. Cheong, who found her very skinny and with her stomach swollen. Pedra was sent to the clinic to be checked. She was anemic and had intestinal parasites, however, she had good appetite. Pedra stayed hospitalized for observation, however we were informed by the clinic that Pedra passed away today due to the intestinal parasites! R.I.P. my friend! Never Abandon your pets! <27-06-2019> C2068-Garner, C2069-Grace, C2070-Gigi, C2071-Gabi, C2072-Gala and C2073-Galina were rescued by Anima on 23rd December 2018, when they were all around one month old, after a call from Ms. Sa who found them on a paper box in the Avenida do Conselheiro Borja. All of them stayed in our Cats’ Paradise. Garner was adopted on the 20th April 2019.
