Anima- June Returned to Family (2049-Haf)!

<26-05-2019> Haf (also known as Kelly), was accommodated in Anima for two days, because her family was out of town. 2049-Haf (F), was rescued by Anima on 2nd August 2018 when she was around three months old. Haf was adopted by Ms. Belo! She returned to her home today! This program is mainly available to members and adopters at special rates provided if we have enough space. For dogs, 70 patacas per day and for cats 40 patacas per day. In case of members, the membership fees must be update and fully paid for all the year (MOP 600). Who has adopted one animal from Anima do not pay any accommodation fee in the first year of adoption provided the period of accommodation does not exceed 15 days! <25-05-2019> Today, we were visited by 17 people from Centro de Educação e Apoio à Família na Ilha da Taipa as volunteers in our Dogs’ Shelter! Thanks for your strong support! Education is the key issue for changing the cruelty environment against animals. Pets are for life! More and more visitors come to Anima! In 2018, we had 8,612 visitors as compared with 9,251 in 2017! This year, up to April 2019, we had 2634 visitors, we have received 42 group visitors and we have been in four events organized by friends. <25-05-2019> 2129-Miguel (M), around six weeks old was rescued on the 25th May 2019, after a call from Mr. Patrick who heard him crying for help while stuck in a drainage. Anima – May Deceased (B113-Bee)!

<23-05-2019> B113-Bee, around two days old was rescued yesterday, on the 22nd May 2019, after a call from Mr. Sio who found a baby bird unable to fly. The bird was taken to RVC and it stayed there for checking and proper care. However, Bee was very young and weak to survive. B113-Bee died today in the clinic. R.I.P. my friend! Anima-May Rescue and Adoption (SPP1477-Omar)

<23-05-2019> Omar was adopted today! SPP1477-Omar and SPP1476-Orson, both siblings were under our SPP Program since 14th June 2015 and were living at their site with a responsible person for them and with the support of Anima. However, SPP1477-Omar was taken by IAM and we lost track of him. SPP1477-Omar, was rescued again on the 23rd May 2019 after one of our staff members recognized him in IAM’s kennel.
