Anima-November Adoption (SPPC1552-Abi)!

<11-11-2017> Abi was adopted by Ms. Ip on 11th November 2017! SPPC1549-Abree and SPPC1552-Abi,  were rescued by Anima on the 25th May 2017, through Michele, somewhere in Taipa, when they were both around two months old. They were under our Special Protection Program. They were brought to Anima for consultation and were de-wormed and received the first vaccination. SPPC1549-Abi was now adopted. Thanks Ms. Ip! Anima-November Adoption (C1472-Wasabi)!

<11-11-2017> Wasabi was adopted by Ms. Rachelle on 11th November 2017! C1470-Tamako (M), C1471-Tempura (F) and C1472-Wasabi (F),  were rescued by Ms. Cheang, when they were around seven days old, that brought them to Anima Cats' Paradise on 27th March 2017. According to Ms. Cheang, C1470-Tamako, C1471-Tempura and C1472-Wasabi were born by a stray cat on the terrace of her workshop on the week before. C1472-Wasabi has stayed with us and was now adopted. Anima-November Sad News (C1725-Fia)!

<10-11-2017> C1725-Fia (F),  was rescued by Anima on 6th October 2017, when she was around three weeks old, after a call from Ms. Choi saying that her friend found an injured kitten falling from an apartment. C1725-Fia was put in a paper bag and was left in a hair salon nearby. Mr. Chan from the salon took care of her and waited for our rescue team. C1725-Fia was sent to a clinic for observation. On 4th November C1725-Fia had fever, was dehydrated and was weak. She stayed at clinic and had dripping treatment. Unfortunately, she passed away due to FIP. R.I.P. my friend! Anima-November Sad News (C1735-Amata)!

<10-11-2017> The mother cat C1732-Africa (F), around two years old, together with her five kittens, C1733-Asia (F), C1734-Alta (F), C1735-Amata (F), C1736-Amicus (M) and C1737-Antal (M), all around three months old, were rescued by Anima on 24th October 2017. All of them were brought to Cats' Paradise by Ms. Ofelia and Ms. Siedy. According to Ms. Ofelia the cats were found in Choc Van. Yesterday, C1735-Amata was found not eating and had fever. She vomited blood, was weak, dehydrated and had diarrhea. Unfortunately she passed away on the way to the clinic. R.I.P. my friend! Please help us to help them! Never Abandon your pet! Anima-November Rescue (C1751-C1759)!

<10-11-2017> C1751-Faas (M), C1752-Faddy (M), C1753-Fabienne (F), C1754-Fairfax (M), C1755-Farah (F), C1756-Fedora (F), C1757-Feri (M), C1758-Femke (F) and C1759-Feray (F), were rescued by Anima on 10th November 2017, after a call from IACM reporting that they don't have enough space for cats. They were all vaccinated by IACM. C1751-Faas, C1752-Faddy, C1754-Faifax, C1755-Farah and C1756-Fedora have fever, nasal and ocular discharge problems. C1757-Feri and C1758-Femke have upper respiratory, nasal and ocular discharge. C1757-Feri also has sonorous breathing. C1759-Feray has skin burns all over the body. All of them will be under treatment and will stay at Cats' Paradise. Anima and IACM are cooperating in order to save as many animals as possible! Thanks IACM! Please help us to help them! Anima-November Adoption (1877-Gerry)!

<10-11-2017> Gerry was adopted by Mr. Carlos on 10th November 2017! 1877-Gerry (M), was rescued by Anima on the 7th May 2017, when he was around two years old, after a call from Mr. Cheong reporting that a poodle, 1877-Gerry, was found in the tunnel of Portas do Cerco at around 3 a.m. that morning and he was unable to move. He had no microchip. 1877-Gerry was sent to a clinic for consultation. An X-Ray showed the left hind leg was fractured. 1877-Gerry has recovered from the  surgery on his leg and was now adopted. Anima-We need Volunteers this Saturday!

<09-11-2017> We need volunteers to help us! Dear friends, We need volunteers to help at our Cats' Paradise this Saturday (11 November 2017) afternoon from 3pm to 6pm! If you are available, please go to our Cats' Paradise directly during that time. Anima Shelter is completely FULL! We need to re-organize our space to help more animals in need! At this moment our Dogs ' Shelter is full and there is no space for extra dogs. We can only re-arrange and re-organize some space at our Cats' Paradise in order to move some dogs there. Everyday we are  rescuing animals, and we always face the difficulty of having no  space. Now we are finding a solution to facilitate our work to help more animals! Please help us to remove extra stuffs in our warehouse, help us to clean the place, help us to re-arrange the room and settings. We need people to help us! Anima-Temporary Accommodation (C1209, C1238)!

<09-11-2017> C1209-Sirus and C1238-Venice will be accommodated in Anima for five days until 13th November 2017. This program is mainly available to members and adopters at special rates provided we have enough space. For dogs, 70 patacas per day and for cats 40 patacas per day. In case of members, the membership fees must be update and fully paid for all the year (MOP 600). Who has adopted one animal from Anima do not pay any accommodation fee in the first year of adoption provided the period of accommodation does not exceed 15 days! So, this program is also conceived to convince community members to be our members and adopters! For a dog, for instance, for a 15 days period, the savings is 300 patacas and for cats 150 patacas, enough to pay half annual membership fees in the first case and almost one year of membership fees in case of a cat!
