Anima-November Rescue (SQ003-Bonna)!

<05-11-2017> SQ003-Bonna (F), a squirrel, was rescued by Anima on 5th November 2017, after a call from Ms. Wong reporting that she found an injured squirrel on the road near  IACM at Barra. She asked us for help as SQ003-Bonna was in pain and screaming. Bonna was sent to a clinic immediately. Her tail was broken and has to do a surgery to cut part of the tail. SQ003-Bonna stayed in the clinic for observation and for surgery tomorrow. Thanks Ms. Wong! Please help us to help them! If you want us to help them, you must help us adopting or fostering! Anima-Printmaking Research Center of Macau visited us!

<05-11-2017> Today, 77 people visited us, 31 were from Printmaking Research Center of Macau, that came to our Cats' Paradise! Thanks for your strong support! Education is the key issue for changing the cruelty environment against animals. Pets are for life! More and more visitors come to Anima! In 2016, we had 7,519 visitors an increase of 30.4% as compared with 5,768 in 2015! 128 groups of schools, associations, companies and friends have visited us, an increase of 85.8%! This year, up to October 2017, Anima received 7,650 visitors, an increase of 32.1% as compared with the same period of last year. 117 groups of schools, associations, companies and friends have visited us, an increase of 41%, and we have been in 29 events organized by friends or by us! Anima-November Sad News (C1455-Flower)!

<05-11-2017> C1455-Flower (F),  was rescued by Anima on 10th March 2017, when she was around two years old, after a call from Ms. Chan, informing that a cat has entered in her shop at Rua Três do Bairro Va Tai. C1455-Flower was checked by our vet and dewormed. She may have been hit by a car as she couldn't move and got a blood discharge from her vagina and anus at that time. On 18th October 2017 she was found not walking properly. She had upper respiratory problems and an infection. However after she has finished medication, she was found apathetic and refused to eat. She was dehydrated and had difficulty in breathing. Unfortunately she passed away today. Yellowish ascites were found in her belly. R.I.P. my friend! Please help us to help them! Anima-November Adoption (C812-Phoebe)!

<05-11-2017> Phoebe was adopted by Ms. Ho on 5th November 2017! C812-Phoebe (F), C813-Perry and C814-Paddy were found on 17th October 2014 at Av. do Oceano. Their mother has passed away. Phoebe was adopted on 9th November 2014 when she was very young. On 3rd May 2017 she was abandoned back to us as the adopter got divorced. Now Phoebe is around six years and eight months old. Anima-November Foster (C749-Addy)!

<04-11-2017> Addy was fostered by Mr. Chan again on 4th November 2017! C749-Addy (M), was rescued by Anima on 24th June 2014, when he was around three years old, and was temporarily fostered by Mr. Chan on 31st August 2017. Anima-November Rescue (C1748-Febe)!

<03-11-2017> C1748-Febe (F), around two years old, was rescued by Anima on 3rd November 2017, after a call from Ms. Leung reporting that she caught a cat at the Guia Mountain where she saw some people were throwing rocks to the cat. Anima-November Sad News (C1536-Francis)!

<03-11-2017> C1536-Francis (M),  was rescued by Anima on the 15th May 2017, when he was around two years old, after a call from Ms. Sandy, informing that she rescued a cat in Guia, where she used to feed cats, but the cats there were being poisoned. She asked us to help. C1536-Francis was checked by our vet and de-wormed. On 1st November he was found having slight fever, diarrhea with blood and was seizuring due to low temperature. His situation turned bad, pancreatitis was too serious and affected other organs. As he began to enter in suffer, after discussion with the vet and approved by two of our board members, we made a sad decision to put him sleep. Anima-November Adoption (C1660-Yakult)!

<03-11-2017> Yakult was adopted by Mr. Ho on 3rd November 2017! C1660-Yakult (M) and C1661-Pocari (F), both around 1.5 months old at that time, were rescued by Anima on 24th July 2017, after a call from our staff reporting that two kittens were found inside a bag in front of our Cat's Paradise entrance, with a note telling that they were found in Coloane. They were checked by our vet and dewormed. C1660-Yakult has stayed with us and was now adopted. Thanks Mr. Ho! Please Adopt and never Buy!
