Anima-November Adoption (C1723-Cerci)!

<23-11-2017> Cerci was adopted by Mr. Pang on 23rd November 2017! C1723-Cerci (F), was rescued on 27th September 2017 when she was around three months old, by our staff Ah Cheng on the way to work. C1723-Cerci was inside a rat trap at that time. She was checked by our vet and dewormed. She had stayed with us and now adopted. Thanks Mr. Pang! Please Adopt and never Buy! Anima-November New SPP (SPP1939-SPP1941)!

<22-11-2017> SPP1939-Jahid (M), SPP1940-Jagna (F) and SPP1941-Jaleh (F), all around seven months old, are now under our Special Protection Program (SPP) , were rescued by Anima after a call from Ms. Choi on 22nd November 2017. Anima-November Rescue (1938-Jacinta)!

<22-11-2017> 1938-Jacinta (F), around two years old, was rescued by Anima on 22nd November 2017, after a call from Mr. Chou reporting that a Labrador Mixed dog was found in the Sports Park in Coloane Villiage. 1938-Jacinta seemed to be lost and Mr. Chou asked us for help. No mircochip was found on her. As our Anima Shelter is completely full, we sent 1938-Jacinta to IACM for adoption and we will keep a good contact with IACM. Thanks Mr. Chou! <21-11-2017> Cutie was adopted by Mr. Pui on 21st November 2017! C1559-Cutie (F), was rescued by Anima on 28th May 2017 when she was three years old, after a call from Ms. Bing informing that she had 16 cats but she was not able to keep them anymore as she was sick and need to have a surgery! Anima-November Sad News (C1527-Omega)!

<20-11-2017> C1519-Alma (F) and C1520-Allie (F), were rescued by Anima on the 9th May 2017, after a call from Ms. Sandy asking us if she could take to Anima all the cats she fed in Guia as she found many had been poisoned there. At that time C1520-Allie was pregnant and was delivered to Cat Paradise for quarantine. On 10th May 2017, she gave birth to C1523-Alfa, C1524-Beta, C1525-Gamma, C1526-Delta and C1527-Omega. C1527-Omega has been sick constantly and her body size was much smaller than other siblings. Yesterday she was found less active. Unfortunately she passed away this morning. Her sibling C1523-Alfa had passed away in August with  similar symptoms. R.I.P. my friend! Please help us to help them! Never Abandon your pet! Anima-November Sad News (SPPC1550-Ali)!

<20-11-2017> SPPC1547-Ayana (F), SPPC1548-Asad (M), SPPC1549-Abree (F), SPPC1550-Ali (M) and SPPC1551-Avery (M), were rescued by Anima through Michele, somewhere in Taipa, on the 25th May 2017 when they were around two months old, and were under our Special Protection Program. Recently SPPC1550-Ali was having severe upper respiratory tract infection. His nostrils were blocked with yellowish nasal discharge. He refused to eat and needed force feeding. Anima-November Sad News (C1369-Winter)!

<20-11-2017> C1369-Winter (M), was rescued by Anima on 23rd December 2016 when he was around 4.5 months old, after a call from Ms. Gina reporting that her friend Ms. Raquel used to feed a kitten in Rua  Cinco do Bairro da Areia Preta. Winter was caught by Ms. Raquel. He was sent to a clinic as he had an infection at that time. Yesterday C1369-Winter was found having swollen gums, bloated belly and jaundice. He had upper respiratory infection, dehydration and having seizure from time to time. He was under dripping and did not improve. Unfortunately, he passed away this morning. R.I.P. my friend! <19-11-2017> Today, 50 people visited us, 12 of them were from Centro Communitário da Ilha Verde da Associações Gerais dos Moradores that came to our Cat's Paradise! Thanks for your strong support! Pets are for life! More and more visitors come to Anima! In 2016, we had 7,519 visitors an increase of 30.4% as compared with 5,768 in 2015! 128 groups of schools, associations, companies and friends have visited us, an increase of 85.8%! This year, up to October 2017, Anima received 7,650 visitors, an increase of 32.1% as compared with the same period of last year. 117 groups of schools, associations, companies and friends have visited us, an increase of 41%, and we have been in 29 events organized by friends or by us!
