Anima-HK Apple Daily News visited us!

<31-10-2017> Today, 21 people visited us, three of them were from HK Apple Daily News that came to our Dog Shelter to do an interview regarding the adoption and rescue of Macau greyhounds! Our Anima President Mr. Albano and the greyhound lover and adopter of Garlix , Ms. Edith Lam, were in the interview! Thanks for your strong support! More and more visitors come to Anima! In 2016, we had 7,519 visitors an increase of 30.4% as compared with 5,768 in 2015! 128 groups of schools, associations, companies and friends have visited us, an increase of 85.8%! This year, up to September 2017, Anima received 6,923 visitors, an increase of 31.8% as compared with the same period of last year. 108 groups of schools, associations, companies and friends have visited us, an increase of 40.3%, and we have been in 29 events organized by friends or by us! Anima-October Rescue and Sad News (B083-October)!

<31-10-2017> B083-October, was rescued by Anima on 31st October 2017, after a call from Ms. Lei reporting that there was a pigeon lying on the ground near the Wynn Macau Staff entrance. B083-October could not fly. She asked us for help. B083-October was sent to the clinic. Unfortunately it passed away during the examination at the clinic. R.I.P my friend! Anima-October Foster (C631-Jok Wan)!

<31-10-2017> Jok Wan was fostered by Ms. Felicia again on 31st October 2017! C631-Jok Wan (M), around one year old at that time, was rescued by Anima on 7th January 2014. He was temporarily fostered by Ms. Felicia on 17th September 2017. On 14th October he was returned to us due to the upper respiratory infection and sneezing. He stayed with us for treatment and now he has recovered. Today he can return to Ms. Felicia's home again. Thanks Ms. Felicia! Please be a foster and a Volunteer! Anima-October Rescue (C1742, C1743)!

<31-10-2017> C1742-Daphne (F) and C1743-Darold (M), both around three months old, were rescued by Anima on 31 October 2017, after a call from Mr. Ng saying that he used to feed a mother cat in the site of Toi Shan Market. The mother cat gave birth to seven kittens one month ago. He asked us for help. Our rescue team set up two traps there. Today two kittens C1742-Daphne and C1743-Darold were caught. They were checked by our vet and dewormed. They are staying in our Cats' Paradise for quarantine. We will continue to place the traps there and Mr. Ng will help us to catch all the cats. Anima-October SPP Return (SPP1908-Pig Pig)!

<30-10-2017> SPP1908-Pig Pig (F), around seven years old at that time, WAS under our Special Protection Program after rescued by Anima on 14th July 2017, after a call from Mr. Chan reporting that a dog was injured in a site of Coloane. SPP1908-Pig Pig was sent to a clinic for an x-rays. The report showed that she has a fracture in her right hind leg. After having the surgery, she has stayed with us until fully recovered. She has all vaccination and already spayed. Today she can return to her former place. Mr. Chan is responsible for her in the area. Thanks Mr. Chan! Please help us to help them! Anima-October Foster (C1100-Tut Tut)!

<30-10-2017> Tut Tut was fostered by Ms Wong again on 30th October 2017! C1100-Tut Tut (F), around six months old at that time, was rescued by Anima on 12th January 2016 and was temporarily fostered by Ms. Wong on 4th September 2017. On 6th October she was returned to the Cats' Paradise due to the upper respiratory problem and ear mites. Now she has finished the medication treatment and returned to Ms. Wong's home again. Anima-October Adoption (SPPC1694-Judd)!

<30-10-2017> Judd was adopted by Ms. Wong on 30th October 2017! See him now and when was rescued! SPPC1694-Judd (M), around five months old at that time, was under our Special Protection Program and was rescued by Anima on 22nd August 2017, after a call from Michele, reporting that Judd needed medication support.
