Anima-October Temporary Accommodation (1534-Sibala)!

<21-10-2017> Sibala will temporary accommodate at Anima for seven days from 21st October 2017! 1534-Sibala (M), was rescued by Anima on 27th September 2015, around five years old at that time, after a call from Mr. Lung reporting that he couldn't take care of his dog anymore as his daughter just had a new born baby . Happily he was collected back by the family on 10th October 2015. Now he came back for a temporary accommodation for seven days! If you adopt an animal from us you have the privilege to leave your animal in Anima during 15 days free of charge during the first year of adoption provided we have space. Never abandon your pet! <21-10-2017> S018-Neon was rescued by Anima on 21st October 2017 in our Shelter. Our staff found that S018-Neon was sleeping on the water hose hanger in our pen 30. We caught it and released it to the trail near Anima Shelter. Anima-Sheung Kung Hui Saint Mark Church visited us!

<21-10-2017> Today, 25 people visited us, seven of them were from Sheung Kung Hui St. Mark Church Macau that came to our Cat's Paradise! Thanks for your strong support! Pets are for life! More and more visitors come to Anima! In 2016, we had 7,519 visitors an increase of 30.4% as compared with 5,768 in 2015! 128 groups of schools, associations, companies and friends have visited us, an increase of 85.8%! This year, up to September 2017, Anima received 6,923 visitors, an increase of 31.8% as compared with the same period of last year. 108 groups of schools, associations, companies and friends have visited us, an increase of 40.3%, and we have been in 29 events organized by friends or by us! Anima-October Adoption (SPPC1643-Brownie)!

<18-10-2017> Brownie was adopted by Mr. Kwan on 18th October 2017! The mother, SPPC1640-Milk (F), around 1 year old at that time, with her three kittens, SPPC1641-Sugar (M), SPPC1642-Sesame (F) and SPPC1643-Brownie (F), all around 5 months old at that time, were under our Special Protection Program and rescued by Anima on 12th July 2017, after a call from Ms. Vivian, reporting that there were some stray cats that needed to be neutered, somewhere in Coloane.ˇ Today SPPC1643-Brownie was adopted. Anima-October Sad News (C968-Daysha)!

<16-10-2017> C968-Daysha (F), around four years old at that time, was rescued by Anima on 16th June 2015, after a call from Ms. Koo and Ms. Lee. They were afraid the cats will be poisoned. We collected her and she stayed with us since that time. On 20th September 2017 she was found with anemia and has liver problem. She was force feeding and was under dripping for long time due to dehydration. After discussion with the vet and approved by two of our board members, we made a sad decision to put her sleep. Last decision belongs always to the President of Anima, and it is not an easy decision! R.I.P. my friend! Please help us to help them! Never Abandon your pet! Anima-October Sad News (C1459-Katie)!

<16-10-2017> C1459-Katie (F), around two years old at that time, was rescued by Anima on 19th March 2017, after a message in facebook from Ms. Ngai, informing that Katie was found in Horta da Mitra and she was very skinny. C1459-Katie was checked by our vet, de-wormed and then delivered to Cats´ Paradise. Recently she was found getting slimmer but with bigger belly. She was sent to a clinic and the report showed that she has FIP and cannot walk properly. Her wobble walking was due to the pain from her belly. After discussion with the vet and approved by two of our board members, we made a sad decision to put her sleep. Last decision belongs always to the President of Anima, and it is not an easy decision! R.I.P. my friend! Please help us to help them! Never Abandon your pet! Anima-October Sad News (782-Mami Mui)!

<15-10-2017> 782-Mami Mui (F), around two years old at that time, was rescued by Anima on the 13th January 2012 after a call from Ms. Gina. She has been staying with us since that time. On 13th October 2017 she was found not active and needed to be under dripping. She was sent to a clinic and the report showed she has renal failure. Unfortunately she was found with  difficulty in breathing and passed away in the afternoon. R.I.P. my friend! Please help us to help them! Never Abandon your pet!
