Anima-October Rescue (C1730-Brienne)!

<10-10-2017> C1730-Brienne (F), around three years old, was rescued by Anima on 10th October 2017, after a call from Mr. Chan informing that a mother cat gave birth to several kittens recently in a car park. He asked us for help. We set up a trap and four kittens were caught. We continue to place the trap there and today we caught the mother cat. All of them were checked by our vet and dewormed. They are staying a tour Cat's Paradise now. Thanks Mr. Chan! Please help us to help them! If you want us to help them, you must help us adopting or fostering! Never Abandon your pets! <09-10-2017> C1728-Tyrion (M) and C1728-Jamie (M), both around one month old, were rescued by Anima on 9th October 2017, after a call from Mr. Chan informing that a mother cat gave birth to several kittens recently in a car park. He asked us for help. On 8th October we set up a trap and two kittens, C1726-Aray and C1727-Sansa were caught. Today we caught two more kittens, C1728-Tyrion and C1729-Jamie. They were checked by our vet and dewormed. C1729-Jamie has nasal and ocular discharge. We continue to place the trap there to catch the mother cat. Thanks Mr. Chan! Please help us to help them! Anima-Sheung Kung Hui Youth Service visited us!

<08-10-2017> Today, 38 people visited us, 15 of them were from Sheung Kung Hui Youth Service Team that came to our Cat's Paradise! Thanks for your strong support! Pets are for life! More and more visitors come to Anima! In 2016, we had 7,519 visitors an increase of 30.4% as compared with 5,768 in 2015! 128 groups of schools, associations, companies and friends have visited us, an increase of 85.8%! This year, up to September 2017, Anima received 6,923 visitors, an increase of 31.8% as compared with the same period of last year. 108 groups of schools, associations, companies and friends have visited us, an increase of 40.3%, and we have been in 29 events organized by friends or by us! Anima-October Sad News (C1651-Foxy)!

<08-10-2017> C1650-Felix (M) and C1651-Foxy (F), both around one month old at that time, were rescued by Anima on 20th July 2017, after a call from Mr. Leong reporting that two kittens were found in the road of Portas do Cerco. C1650-Felix and C1651-Foxy were checked by our vet and dewormed. They have been staying at our Cat's Paradise since then. C1651-Foxy was found getting skinny and has not grown much recently. Anima-October Adoption (1880-Golden II)!

<07-10-2017> Golden II was adopted by Ms. Sou on 7th October 2017! Please see Golden when rescued by us and now after five months with us! 1880-Golden II (M), around one year old at that time, was rescued by Anima on the 10th May 2017, after a call from Ms. Sally, informing that she found a golden retriever, 1880-Golden II, in Seac Pai Van Lok Kuan Building and asked our help. Golden II was starving and had skin problems. No microchip was found. Golden II is an active dog and very friendly to everyone and loves to run a lot! He has stayed with us and now he was adopted. <07-10-2017> Ari was adopted by Ms. Lei on 7th October 2017! C1635-Ari (M), around three weeks old at that time, was rescued by Anima on 7th July 2017, after a call from Ms. Choi reporting that a kitten was found in Rua da Felicidade and she told us that she had no experience to take care to new born kitten. Anima-October Sad News (SPPC1416-Barry)!

<06-10-2017> SPPC1416-Barry (M), around three months old at that time, was under our Special Protection Program and was rescued by Anima on 5th February 2017, after a call from Michele, reporting that her friend, Mr. Daniel, found a kitten near Ponte 16 the night before. Barry was checked by our vet and dewormed. He had diarrhea and upper respiratory tract infection at that time. On 4th April 2017 he was found with a swollen eye, conjunctivitis and corneal ulceration. He has no socket in his joints and shoulder and as so he had difficulty in walking. He also had a poor bone growing in his front leg. He has been taking pain killer for a very long time and he entered in suffer. After discussion with the vet and approved by two of our board members, we made a sad decision to put him sleep. Last decision belongs always to the President of Anima, and...
