Anima–August Rescue (C1689-Martin)!

<06-08-2017> C1689-Martin (M), around five months old, was rescued by Anima on 6th August 2017, after a call from Mr. Wong reporting that a cat was found in Rua da Ribeira do Patane. C1689-Martin was dewormed and is staying in quarantine in our Cat’s Paradise now. Thanks Mr. Wong! Please help us to help them! Never Abandon your pets! Anima–Fountain of Hope visited us!

<05-08-2017> Today, 27 people visited us, seven of them were from Fountain of Hope that came to our Cat’s Paradise! Thanks for your strong support! Education is the key issue for changing the cruelty environment against animals. Pets are for life! More and more visitors come to Anima! In 2016, we had 7,519 visitors an increase of 30.4% as compared with 5,768 in 2015! 128 groups of schools, associations, companies and friends have visited us, an increase of 85.8%! This year, up to July 2017, Anima received 5,601 visitors, an increase of 33.8% as compared with the same period of last year. 83 groups of schools, associations, companies and friends have visited us, an increase of 29.7%, and we have been in 28 events organized by friends or by us, an increase of 40%! Anima–August Adoption (C1435-Nike)!

<05-08-2017> Nike was adopted by Mr. Lim on 5th August 2017! C1435-Nike (M), on the time with an estimated age of eight months old, was rescued by Anima on 27th February 2017, after a call from Mr. Ao reporting that a cat was found by his neighbor in the building  Kuong Long. Nike seemed couldn’t move but there was no fracture on his leg according to our vet. He was now adopted. Thanks Mr. Lim! Please Adopt and never Buy! Anima–August Sad News (C1639-Troy)!

<05-08-2017> C1639-Troy (M), around one year old, was rescued by Anima on 11th July 2017, after a call from Mr. Si reporting that he rescued a cat one month ago and his friend was taking care of the cat temporarily. He asked our help as his friend had no condition to keep the cat anymore. C1639-Troy was checked by our vet and dewormed. He had gingivitis and fever and was staying in quarantine in our Cat’s Paradise. Later on we found out that C1639-Troy had a lump in the lower jaw and he refused to eat. Anima–August Rescue (SPPC1646-SPPC1648)!

<05-08-2017> SPPC1646-Jack (M), SPPC1647-Nadia (F) and SPPC1648-Sabina (F), on the time all around one month old, were under our Special Protection Program and rescued by Anima on 19th July 2017, after a call from Michele, reporting that three kittens needed body check. All of them were back to their former place after checking. Today they were brought back to Anima again as they had high fever. They were returned to their place after medication prescribed. Anima–August Rescue (1918, 1919)!

<05-08-2017> 1918-Ezra (M) and 1919-Edwin (M), both around three months old, were rescued by Anima on 5th August 2017, after a call from Ms. Gina reporting that his friend, Mr. Fernando, found a group of puppies needed our help, in a site of Taipa. According to Mr. Fernando, five adults, including the mother and six puppies, were living there. But the adults don’t care much about the puppies and two puppies were missing already and one got sick. Mr. Fernando brought the sick one to a clinic and asked our help. 1909-Ekin was caught and brought to Anima on 15th July 2017. Today 1918-Ezra and 1919-Edwin were caught as well and delivered to us. Anima–August Sad News (C1532-Judo)!

<04-08-2017> C1532-Judo (M), on the time around two months old, was rescued by Anima on the 10th May 2017, after a call from Ms. Chou, informing that she found a kitten, C1532-Judo, alone in Calçada da Igreja de São Lazaro and asked our help. Judo was checked by our vet and had upper respiratory infection. He was de-wormed, checked and delivered to Cat Paradise. C1532-Judo was transferred to our clinic on 21st July. He had seizure, high fever and severe upper respiratory tract infection. He was under observation and medication since that. Unfortunately he couldn’t make it. R.I.P. my friend! Anima–August Rescue (1917-Ah Bo II)!

<04-08-2017> 1917-Ah Bo II (F), around seven years old, was rescued by Anima on 4th August 2017, after a call from Ms. Rebecca reporting that a dog was crossing the road in Estrada do Altinho de Ka Ho and she was almost hit by a truck. No microchip was found on her. 1917-Ah Bo II will have an ultrasound and further examination in a clinic tomorrow as she has a big belly and a lump. Anima-August Sad News (116-Angellia)!

<03-08-2017> 116-Angellia (F), around 15 years old now, passed away today in our clinic. Angellia was found not eating and not moving two days ago. She was checked and stayed under dripping since that. Angellia was one of our eldest dogs that had stayed with us for so long. She loved food more than everything.
