Anima–July Return to Family (C1601-Blacky)!

<17-07-2017> C1381-William (M), together with C1601-Blacky (F) and C1602-Flyer (M), all around three years old, were rescued by Anima on 18th June 2017, after a call from Ms. Mui reporting that she couldn’t keep her cats anymore. C1381-William and C1382-Harry were first rescued by Anima on 13th January 2017, after a call from Ms. Mui reporting that she couldn’t keep her two cats temporarily. According to Ms. Mui, she used to rescue dogs in the street and had rented a place to put the dogs, but the owner got the place back so she had to put all the dogs inside her house. Her two cats couldn’t get along well with the dogs, and she had no more space to separate them. William and Harry stayed in our Cat’s Paradise temporarily. Anima–July Sad News (C1638-Dylan)!

<16-07-2017> C1638-Dylan (M), on the time around one week old, was rescued by Anima on 10th July 2017, after a call from Ms. Ho reporting that a kitten was found alone in a rain drainage near Colegio de St. Rosa de Lima. C1638-Dylan was fostered by our staff Ronaldo temporarily as he needed milk feeding. Unfortunately he passed away this morning. R.I.P. my friend! Please help us to help them! Never Abandon your pet! Anima–July Sad News (C1609-Danny)!

<16-07-2017> C1609-Danny (M), with an estimated age of 2.5 months old, was rescued by Anima on 23rd June 2017, after a call from Ms. Lee reporting that a kitten was found on the road at R. do Alm. Sergio and the body was soaked. C1609-Danny was checked by our vet and dewormed. He was staying in quarantine in our Cats’ Paradise. C1609-Danny was delivered to our vet area yesterday as he was getting skinny with diarrhea. Unfortunately he passed away this morning. R.I.P. my friend! Please help us to help them! Anima–July Adoption (C1524-Beta)!

<16-07-2017> Beta was adopted by Ms. Lam on 16th July 2017! C1519-Alma (F) and C1520-Allie (F), around two years and one year old, respectively, were rescued by Anima on the 9th May 2017, after a call from Ms. Sandy, reporting that she took them home the night before and asked us if we could take to Anima all the cats she feeds in Guia as she found many have been poisoned there. C1512-Wifi was taken on the 3rd of May 2017! They were brought to Anima, checked by our vet and de-wormed. C1519-Alma had severe gingivitis and upper respiratory problems. She was breathing hard with yellowish nasal discharge and was dehydrated. C1520-Allie was pregnant and was delivered to Cat Paradise for quarantine. Anima–July Sad News (SPP1881-James)!

<16-07-2017> SPP1881-James (M), with an estimated age of two years old, was under our Special Protection Program (SPP) since 12th May 2017, after a call from Mr. Fung reporting that SPP1881-James was living somewhere in a site in Cotai under his responsibility and asked us to help supporting food for SPP1881-James. As he does not work there every day, our rescue team was responsible to give food to SPP1881-James every day! Mr. Fong informed us that SPP1881-James was unable to walk and stand on 12th July. He was sent to a clinic for an x-rays. The report showed that there was no fractures in the spin or hips. The vet suspected that SPP1881-James had neurological problem. He was sent to a second clinic for further examination on 13th July as his spirit was getting worse. According to the second vet, he had ehrlichia and the spinal disc was injured. Anima–July Rescue (1909-Ekin)!

<15-07-2017> 1909-Ekin (M), around 2.5 months old, was rescued by Anima on 15th July 2017, after a call from Ms. Gina reporting that his friend, Mr. Fernando, found a group of puppies needed our help, in a site of Taipa. According to Mr. Fernando, five adults, including the mother and six puppies, were living there. But the adults don’t care much about the puppies and two puppies were missing already and one got sick. Mr. Fernando brought the sick one to a clinic and asked our help. 1909-Ekin was caught and brought to Anima today. Mr. Fernando will try to catch the other two puppies. Anima–July Sad News (C1048-Boyd)!

<14-07-2017> C1047-Buddy and C1048-Boyd, both males, on the time around 1.5 months and 3 weeks, respectively, were rescued by Anima on 8th October 2015, after a call from Michelle that brought them to Anima. C1048-Boyd had been getting sick and he was transferred to our vet area since three days ago. He was under medication and observation but unfortunately he couldn’t make it. Anima–July Rescue (SPP1908-Pig Pig)!

<14-07-2017> SPP1908-Pig Pig (F), around seven years old,  now under our Special Protection Program, was rescued by Anima on 14th July 2017, after a call from Mr. Chan reporting that a dog was injured in a site of Coloane. SPP1908-Pig Pig was sent to a clinic for an x-rays. Reported showed that she had a fracture in her right hind leg. SPP1908-Pig Pig is staying in the clinic under observation now. Thanks Mr. Chan!
