Anima–July Adoption (C1630-Savannah)!

<19-07-2017> Savannah was adopted by Mr. Lai on 19th July 2017! C1630-Savannah (F), around 2.5 months old, was rescued by Anima on 4th July 2017, after a call from Mr. Lau reporting that a kitten was lying in his balcony floor near Camões park. C1630-Savannah was checked by our vet and dewormed. She stayed with us until now. Thanks Mr. Lai! Please Adopt and never Buy! Anima–July Adoption (C1567-Tin Tin)!

<19-07-2017> Tin Tin was adopted by Mr. Leong on 19th July 2017! C1567-Tin Tin (M), on the time around 4.5 months old, was rescued by Anima on 1st June 2017, after a call from Ms. Gina, informing that Ms. Rebecca found a kitten, C1567-Tin Tin, in Mong Ha Hill Municipal Park. C1567-Tin Tin was brought to a clinic and stayed overnight for observation. He was collected by Anima on the next day. Tin Tin was checked by our vet and stayed with us until now. Thanks Mr. Leong! Anima–July Sad News (SPPC1498-Bub)!

<19-07-2017> SPPC1497-MJ (F) and SPPC1498-Bub (M), on the time around one and half months old, were under our Special Protection Program (SPP), after being rescued by Anima through Michele on 17th April 2017! They were checked by our vet and de-wormed. Bub had an eye infection. After medication, they were returned to their place and fostered by Michele temporarily. On 28th April 2017, they came back for consultation and staying with us in Cats Paradise. SPPC1498-Bub was diagnose with FIP on 11th July. He had been staying in our vet area. Unfortunately he couldn’t make it. R.I.P. my friend! Please help us to help them! Never Abandon your pet! Anima-July Rescue (SPPC973, SPPC1180, SPPC1244)!

<19-07-2017> SPPC973-Squeaky (F), on the time around three months old, was under our Special Protection Program and rescued by Anima on 18th June 2015, after a call from Michele, reporting that SPPC973-Squeaky was abandoned in a carton box somewhere in Taipa. SPPC1180-Dada ((F), on the time around three months old, was under our Special Protection Program and rescued by Anima on 29th April 2016, after a call from Michele, reporting that SPPC1180-Dada had an eye infection. SPPC1244-Jeff (M), on the time around three months old, was under our Special Protection Program and rescued by Anima on 27th July 2016, after a call from Michele, reporting that SPPC1244-Jeff needed medical care. SPPC1244-Jeff was brought back to Anima again on 6th April 2017 due to gingivitis. Today all of them were brought to Anima for consultation. SPPC973-Squeaky has fever, SPPC1180-Dada was vaccinated and dewormed and SPPC1244-Jeff has gingivitis. Medication was prescribed. All of them...

Anima–July Rescue (C1645-Kailan)!

<19-07-2017> C1645-Kailan (M), around five years old, was rescued by Anima on 19th July 2017, after a call from our Board Member Mr. Francisco Leandro, reporting that the situation of around ten cats in a  Hotel in Macau was very bad. The hotel’s staff is helping us to catch the cats. We have provided a trap. Today C1645-Kailan was caught,  and moved to our Cat’s Paradise after a desex surgery. Anima–Melco Crown visited us!

<18-07-2017> Today, 27 people visited us, seven of them were from Melco Crown that came to our Cat’s Paradise as volunteers!  Thanks for your strong support! Pets are for life!  More and more visitors come to Anima! In 2016, we had 7,519 visitors an increase of 30.4% as compared with 5,768 in 2015! 128 groups of schools, associations, companies and friends have visited us, an increase of 85.8%! This year, up to June 2017, Anima received 4,856 visitors, an increase of 32.2% as compared with the same period of last year. 73 groups of schools, associations, companies and friends have visited us, an increase of 25.9%, and we have been in 20 events organized by friends or by us, an increase of 17.6%! Anima–July Sad News (D001-White Dolphin)!

<18-07-2017> D001-White Dolphin, was found by Anima already death on 18th July 2017, after a call from Ms. Shirley reporting that a body of a white dolphin was found in the private condominium of  Cheoc Van Garden   in the morning. We contacted IACM and the body was handled by them and DSAMA (the department in charge of controlling our waters). R.I.P. my friend! Thanks Ms. Shirley! Anima–July Sad News (C1591-Aliana)!

<18-07-2017> C1519-Alma (F) and C1520-Allie (F), around two years and one year old, respectively, were rescued by Anima on the 9th May 2017, after a call from Ms. Sandy, reporting that she took them home one day before and asked us if we could take to Anima all the cats she feeds in Guia as she found many have been poisoned there. They were brought to Anima, checked by our vet and de-wormed. C1519-Alma has severe gingivitis and upper respiratory problems and was pregnant. She was breathing hard with yellowish nasal discharge and was dehydrated. She was staying in V8 under treatment. C1591-Aliana (F), C1592-Apollo (M) and C1593-Ayden (M) were born by C1519-Alma on 11th June. C1593-Ayden passed away after was born. Anima–July Sad News (C1541-Haku)!

<18-07-2017> C1541-Haku (M), around three years old, was rescued by Anima on the 20th May 2017, after a call from Mr. Luk, informing that a cat, C1541-Haku, entered in his working area at Edifício Industrial Chong Fong. He asked us to help as the cat had many fleas. Our rescue team set up a cat trap there and C1541-Haku was caught. C1541-Haku was checked by our vet and de-wormed. C1541-Haku was transferred to our vet area since 14th July as he was coughing a lot. He had been under medication since that. C1541-Haku had upper respiratory infection and corona virus. He began to enter in suffer due to fluid inside his abdomen, not eating and coughing while lying down!
