Anima–July Rescue (SPP1881-James)!

<12-07-2017> SPP1881-James (M), with an estimated age of two years old, was under our Special Protection Program (SPP) since 12th May 2017, after a call from Mr. Fung reporting that SPP1881-James was living somewhere in a site in Cotai under his responsibility and asked us to help supporting food for SPP1881-James. As he does not work there every day, our rescue team is responsible to give food to SPP1881-James every day! Today Mr. Fong informed us that SPP1881-James is unable to walk and stand. He was sent to a clinic for an x-rays. The report showed that there is no fractures in the spin or hips. The vet suspected that SPP1881-James has neurological problem. He is staying with us for further examination now. Thanks Mr. Fong! Please help us to help them! Do not abandon your pet! Anima–July Rescue (SPPC1640-SPPC1643)!

<12-07-2017> The mother, SPPC1640-Milk (F), around 1 year old, with her three kittens, SPPC1641-Sugar (M), SPPC1642-Sesame (F) and SPPC1643-Brownie (F), all around 5 months old, now under our Special Protection Program, were rescued by Anima on 12th July 2017, after a call from Ms. Vivian, reporting that there were some stray cats  that need to be neutered, somewhere in Coloane. Ms. Vivian is responsible for them in that area. Anima will support the food, neuter surgery and the medical care for them. Thanks Ms. Vivian! Please help us to help them! Do not abandon your pet! Anima–TDM visited us!

<11-07-2017> Today, 21 people visited us, six of them were from TDM that came to our Cat’s Paradise! They are preparing a program that will be played in TDM later. Our president Mr. Albano and our Cats Supervisor Ms. Effie were interviewed for this program. We all have fun with our cats today! Thanks TDM! Please help us to help them! Please Adopt! Never Buy! In 2016, we had 7,519 visitors an increase of 30.4% as compared with 5,768 in 2015! 128 groups of schools, associations, companies and friends have visited us, an increase of 85.8%! Anima–July Return (SPP1904-Logan)!

<11-07-2017> SPP1904-Logan (M), around four years old, was under our Special Protection Program (SPP) and rescued by Anima on 29th June 2017, after a call from Ms. Iek reporting that she used to feed dogs in a site of Coloane and one dog was injured. SPP1904-Logan was sent to a clinic for consultation. An X-ray showed that there was no fracture but a wound was found in his right front leg and was infected. SPP1904-Logan stayed in the clinic for observation and then backed to Anima for treatment. Ms. Iek helped us to pay the vet bill. SPP1904-Logan stayed with us until he recovered and  was now released. Ms. Iek is responsible for him in that area. Thanks Ms. Iek! Please help us to help them! Never Abandon your pet! Anima–July Rescue (R036-Lee)!

<11-07-2017> R036-Lee (M), around eight months old, was rescued by Anima on 11th July 2017, after a call from Ms. Leong reporting that a rabbit was wandering around in Hac Sa Reservoir. R036-Lee was checked by our vet and dewormed. He has an ear infection that cause his head tilt to one side. He is staying in quarantine in our Cat’s Paradise now. Thanks Ms. Leong! Anima–July Rescue (R035-Gus)!

<11-07-2017> R035-Gus (M), around one year old, was rescued by Anima on 11th July 2017, after a call from Ms. Lau reporting that a rabbit was abandoned in a pet transport bag on a motorcycle in Estra. da Bela Vista. The motorcycle's owner informed us that R035-Gus doesn't belong to her. R035-Gus was checked by our vet and dewormed. He is staying in quarantine in our Cat’s Paradise now. Thanks Ms. Lau! Anima–July Rescue (C1639-Troy)!

<11-07-2017> C1639-Troy (M), around one year old, was rescued by Anima on 11th July 2017, after a call from Mr. Si reporting that he rescued a cat one month ago and his friend was taking care of the cat temporarily. He asked our help as his friend has no condition to keep the cat anymore. C1639-Troy was checked by our vet and dewormed. Anima–Donation from Yuet Wah College Carnival!

<10-07-2017> Anima has participated in Yuet Wah College Carnival on 10th June 2017 and we took seven of our dogs with us. Our Vice-President Mr. Billy Chan represented Anima. Anima–July Return to Family (1905-Chiwa)!

<10-07-2017> 1905-Chiwa (F), around nine years old, was rescued by Anima on 4th July 2017, after a call from Mr. Chan reporting that his neighbor found some bad smell and barking from an apartment in Taipa, since one week ago. Mr. Chan tried to find out what happened but there was no one answered the door. He also tried to contact the apartment’s owner but failed. We asked Fire Department to help and finally 1905-Chiwa was rescued. A family relative opened the door and accepted to give her to us. She had no microchip at all! 1905-Chiwa had some skin problem and was dehydrated. She was staying in our dog shelter. Now the owner showed up. Ms. Lok today informed us that she is the owner of 1905-Chiwa. She said she is pregnant recently and she is going to the apartment to check on 1905-Chiwa.
