Anima–March Rescue (C1451-Lucy)!

<09-03-2017> C1451-Lucy (F), around eight years old, was rescued by Anima on 9th March 2017, after a facebook message from Mr. Ao informing that he rescued an injured cat from his building and sent her to an hospital. Two legs of the cat were paralyzed. Her appetite was good and she could urinate normally. She needs a massage for defecating. C1451-Lucy was collected from the clinic today. We have already some cats in this situation and they are kept alive. She had bloody urine today according to the vet and she will be under observation in our V6 (vet room number 6)! Thanks Mr. Ao! Anima–Merchandise for selling and Donations received!

<08-03-2017> Dear friends, As you know we are facing a very complicated financial situation without enough funds to pay our bills, unless we reduce drastically our activities, inside our shelters and outside, which means stopping providing food and medication to a lot of animals in sites, release many of our staff and reduce drastically our rescues and support to poor members of our community. We don’t want to do that. We count on your help! In the last five days (from 3 to 7 March) after we post our situation we got supports from many of our friends, Anita, Rachel, Cheong, Jukachao, Chenchin, Linda, Chong, Lok, Louise, Tony, Erica and Tina. We are using one of the names that come in the emails we have received as we have not asked authorization for the use of their full names! If you have made a donation and your name is not referred above,...

Anima- March Sad News (C819-Miguel)!

<08-03-2017> C819-Miguel (M) was rescued by Anima on 23rd October 2014, after a call from Mrs. Gina. Mrs. King was the volunteer used to feed cats every day in that area. The test of FECV of C819-Miguel was positive. On that time we decided that we will not rescue healthy cats in the streets as they will live in more danger situation with us as they are not caged and they share the same litters. In a shelter, a virus can kill easily more animals than outside! C819-Miguel came again from our Cats’ Paradise on 3rd March 2017 for consultation as he has cat flu. He was also vomitting dark colour liquid since Monday and was having bloody and yellowish colour diarrhea. He passsed away on 8th March 2017, at around 17:45! R.I.P. my friend! Never Abandon your pets! Abandoning a pet should be a crime!         Please help us donating to ANIMA...
