<25-02-2017> SPPC1433-Egg Tart (M), with an estimated age of three years old, now under our Special Protection Program (SPP), was rescued by Anima, through Michele, on 25th February 2017, somewhere in Taipa. Egg Tart has gingivitis and  nasal and ocular discharge. He is staying with us under treatment now. Thanks Michele! Please help us to help them! Do not abandon your pet! Rescue and Temporary Accommodation (SPPC1183)!

<24-02-2017> Three kittens, SPPC1179-Dabria, SPPC1180-Dada and SPPC1181-Davian, on the time all around one month old, and two male cats, SPPC1182-Dayton, on the time around two years old, and SPPC1183-Fatty (M), on the time around six years old, were rescued by Anima under our Special Protection Program (SPP) on 29th April 2016, through Michele. They live somewhere in Taipa and Michele is responsible for them. They were checked and dewormed. SPPC1179-Dabria, SPP1180-Dada and SPPC1181-Davian had an infection in the eyes and Michele took care of them. SPPC1182-Dayton had cat flu and stayed in Anima B14 area, temporarily for the treatment. SPPC1183-Fatty received the first vaccination and went back to his former place. Today Fatty was brought to Anima again as he has a flea infestation. Rescue and New Cats Under SPP (SPPC1431, SPPC1432)!

<24-02-2017> SPPC1431-Jaxson (M), with an estimated age of five years old, together with SPPC1432-Ginger III (F), with an estimated age of three years old, now under our Special Protection Program (SPP), were rescued by Anima, through Michele, on 24th February 2017, somewhere in Taipa. Jaxson was castrated by our vet today and is staying in our Cat’s Paradise. Ginger III has severe Stomatitis and she is under medication and observation in our vet area. Thanks Michele! Anima–February Rescue (C1430-Bindi)!

<24-02-2017> C1430-Bindi (F), one day old, was rescued by Anima on 24th February 2017, after a call from Ms. Ip reporting that she used to feed  cats in her balcony of Edificio Va Lung and a kitten was born last night. However, the mother cat went out and didn’t come back anymore. Bindi is fostered by our cat supervisor Connie temporarily as she needs milk feeding. Thanks Ms. Ip and Connie! Abandonment, Cooperation Anima-IACM (1719, 1722)!

<23-02-2017> SPP1710-Mui Chui II (F), was rescued by Anima on 23rd April 2016, when she was around around 1.5 years old, after a call from Ms. Ah Peng informing that she was found pregnant somewhere in Coloane. An ultrasound showed that the fetus were already approx. seven weeks old. So we have decided for keeping the puppies! 1719-Kennis and 1722-Kassie together with 1718-Kimon, 1720-Kuni, 1721-Konya, 1723-Komie, 1724-Kolm, 1725-Kulee and 1726-Kerin were born on 11th May 2016. Kennis and Kassie were adopted on 27th August 2016. However, we were informed by the adopter that her landlord doesn’t allow her to have pets in the apartment. Kennis and Kassie were delivered to Macau Kennel by the adopter. By the rules of our cooperation with IACM, we were informed of this abandonment and we have collected them back to Anima already. Anima–February Adoption (1855-Minnie)!

<23-02-2017> Minnie was adopted by Ms. Andreia on 23rd February 2017! 1855-Minnie (F), was rescued by Anima on 9th February 2017, when she was around four months old, after a call from our rescue team reporting that a puppy was found in a site of Coloane during their daily feeding. Anima–February Return to Family (SPP1484-Daxon)!

<22-02-2017> See Daxon now and Daxon when adopted! SPP1484-Daxon (M) was returned to the family after being accommodated in Anima for 11 days. SPP1484-Daxon and SPP1483-Dax were under Anima Special Protection Program on 26th June 2015, after a call from Ms. Ah Peng reporting that two puppies (on the time with an estimated age of 2.5 months old) were found sick somewhere in Coloane! Daxon was adopted by Giulian on 10th August 2015. If you adopt an animal from us, you have the privilege to leave your animal in Anima during 15 days free of charge during the first year of adoption, provided we have space. <22-02-2017> H013-Grape (M), was rescued by Anima on 23rd September 2016, after a call from Ms. Gina referring that a student couldn’t take care of her hamster anymore as her mother didn’t allow her to keep him. Anima-February Sad News (111-Ben)!

<22-02-2017> 111-Ben (M), with an estimated age of twelve years old now, has passed away this morning. Ben had renal failure, eczema and diarrhea. His condition was on and off since long time ago. He couldn’t urinate by himself as he was not able to move. He was in pain and struggling to take the medication yesterday. Ben was one of our eldest dogs that had stayed with us for so long. Anima–February Rescue (1858-1860)!

<22-02-2017> 1858-Oolong (M), 1859-Lipton (M) and 1860-Matcha (M), all with an estimated age of two months old, were rescued by Anima on 22nd February 2017, after a call from Ms. Gina reporting that there were three puppies living in a site of Taipa and the mother had died from a fight with other dog. Oolong, Lipton and Matcha were checked by our vet and dewormed. They are staying in quarantine in our dog shelter now. Later they will be socialized with OUR CATS in our CATS' PARADISE!
