Anima–Abandonment and Rescue (C1239-C1243, C1425)!

<17-02-2017> 1239-Handsome (M), with an estimated age of three years old, C1240-B Loi (F), with an estimated age of four years old, C1241-Playful (F), with an estimated age of 1.5 years old, C1242-Fei Mui (F) and C1243-Pineapple (M), both with an estimated age of four years old, were rescued by Anima on 22nd July 2016, after a call from Ms. Lou informing that she wanted to abandon her nine cats. That was not the first time she tried to do that. Last time the daughter didn’t authorize. She decided to abandon the five most active cats promising to find a good home for the remaining. C1239-Handsome, C1240-B Loi, C1241-Playful, C1242-Fei Mui and C1243-Pineapple were sent to us. Anima–February Adoption (SPPC1350-Jupiter)!

<16-02-2017> Jupiter was adopted by Ms. Lei on 16th February 2017! SPPC1350-Jupiter (M), on the time with an estimated age of one year old, together with SPPC1351-Moo (M), on the time with an estimated age of 2.5 months old, were under our Special Protection Program and rescued by Anima, through Michele, on 7th December 2016, somewhere in Taipa. Jupiter was staying with us temporarily for castration. Moo was returned to his former place after dewormed. Michele was responsible for them in that area. Anima–February Adoption (C1418-Bagherra)!

<16-02-2017> Bagherra was adopted by Mr. Ryan on 16th February 2017! C1418-Bagherra (M), was rescued by Anima on 7th February 2017, when he was around four months old, after a call from Ms. Gor reporting that a kitten was found in Hellen Garden. Bagherra was scared and hungry when was found. He was checked by our vet and dewormed. He had gingivitis and stomatitis, and stayed in quarantine in our Cat’s Paradise under medication. Anima–February Rescue and Sad News (1857-Kalina)!

<16-02-2017> 1857-Kalina (F), with an estimated age of five months old, was rescued by Anima already dead on 16th February 2017, after a call from the Traffic Department reporting that a dog was hit by a motorcycle in front of Restaurant Miramar. <15-02-2017> Today, 31 people visited our Cat’s Paradise, 23 of them were from Henry Fok Pearl Jubilee College (UMAC)! Thanks for your strong support! Anima–Abandonment and Return (C1296-Cheese)!

<15-02-2017> C1296-Cheese (F), was rescued by Anima on 4th October 2016 at 6:30pm, when she was around two weeks old, after a call from Mr. Wong reporting that a kitten was found in Guia Municipal Park without the mother beside. Cheese had upper respiratory infection and dehydration. She was fostered temporarily by our supervisor Zoe as she needed milk feeding. Cheese was adopted on 9th February 2017. We were informed by the adopter that all the family member has been getting sick since she adopted cheese. Her elder sons were vomiting with diarrhea, and her younger son has an allergic reaction. Anima–February Adoption (C1354-Hana)!

<15-02-2017> Hana was adopted by Mr. Tong on 15th February 2017! C1354-Hana (F), was rescued by Anima on 13th December 2016, when she was around four months old, after a call from Mr. Tse reporting that a kitten was found in Flora Garden the night before. Hana was sent to a clinic by Mr. Tse as she had an eye infection and was limping as well. An x-ray showed that her left hind leg was broken and needed a surgery to fix it. Anima–February Adoption (C1379-Somen)!

<14-02-2017> Somen was adopted by Mr. Pedro on 14th February 2017! C1376-Udon (F), C1377-Soba (F), C1378-Ramen (M) and C1379-Somen (M), were rescued by Anima on 8th January 2017, when they were around one month old, after a call from Mr. Iong reporting that he used to feed a female cat but the cat was bitten by a dog and died few days ago. The female cat left four kittens and Mr. Iong didn’t know how to take care of them. Anima–February Return to Family (SPP1123-Ruby)!

<13-02-2017> SPP1123-Ruby (Maly) was returned to the family after accommodation in Anima for four days, since 10th February 2017. Ruby was one dog under our S.P. Program that was adopted. See how happy was Ruby! He has been always free with us! This facility is mainly available to members and adopters at special rates. For dogs, 70 patacas per day and for cats 40 patacas per day. In case of members the membership fees must be update and fully paid for all the year (MOP 360). Who has adopted one animal from Anima do not pay any accommodation fee in the first year of adoption provided we have space and the period of accommodation does not exceed 15 days!
