Anima–January Return to Family (1827-Eris)!

<03-01-2017> 1827-Eris was returned to the family after accommodation in Anima for 20 days since 15th December 2016. This program is mainly available to members and adopters at special rates provided we have enough space. For dogs, 50 patacas per day and for cats 30 patacas per day. In case of members, the membership fees must be update and fully paid for all the year (MOP 360). Who has adopted one animal from Anima does not pay any accommodation fee in the first year of adoption, provided the period of accommodation does not exceed 15 days! So, this program is also conceived to convince community members to be our members and adopters! For a dog, for instance, for a 15 days period, the savings is 750 patacas and for cats 450 patacas, enough to pay two annual membership fees in the first case and one and a quarter year of membership fees...

Anima-New Dogs under SPP (SPP1834-SPP1836)!

<03-01-2017> SPP1834-Yuna (F), SPP1835-Yuko (F) and SPP1836-Yubi (F), all with an estimated age of three months old, are now under our Special Protection Program (SPP) since 3rd January 2017, after a call from our board member, Mr. Guy, reporting that he found three puppies in a site of Coloane. They are living in a warehouse with the staff taking care of them. According to the manager of the warehouse, Mr. Seng, there were four puppies born by a stray dog, but the mother passed away. One of the puppies was adopted and Mr. Seng is taking care of Yuna, Yuko and Yubi with his colleagues. Mr. Seng is responsible for them in that area. Anima–January Sad News (SPPC1373-Greet)!

<03-01-2017> SPPC1373-Greet (F), with an estimated age of eight years old, was under our Special Protection Program (SPP), and rescued by Anima, through Michele, on 2nd January 2017, somewhere in Taipa. Greet was found dying and had severe dehydration, has been sent to a clinic immediately. She was under IV fluid overnight but was too weak to make it. Greet passed away in the clinic this morning. R.I.P. my friend! Never Abandon your pets! Anima–January Rescue (C1375-Nam Nam)!

<03-01-2017> C1375-Nam Nam (M), with an estimated age of three months old, was rescued by Anima on 3rd January 2017, after a call from Ms. Fan reporting that she found a kitten in Travessa. da Cordoaria in Coloane. Nam Nam has an eye infection, he is skinny and was full of fleas. He is sneezing with severe conjunctivitis as well. There is a risk of losing the vision. He is under observation now. Thanks Ms. Fan! Anima–January Rescue (C1374-Caramel II)!

<03-01-2017> C1374-Caramel II (M), with an estimated age of five years old, was rescued by Anima on 3rd January 2017, after a call from Ms. Filipa reporting that she rescued a cat 1.5 years ago in Cheoc Van but she doesn’t want to keep him anymore. According to her, Caramel II has been wild and aggressive. She reported that he destroyed everything in the house and attacked her young daughter. <02-01-2017> See Wallace when rescued, now and  when adopted! 1625-Wallace was returned to the family after accommodating in Anima for 13 days since 21st December 2016. 1625-Wallace was adopted by Mr. Mário Rui on 13th February 2016. 1625-Wallace, 1626-Walmond and 1627-Wardell, on the time all two weeks old, were rescued by Anima on 6th January 2016, after a call from Billy, our vice-president, reporting that Ms. Ian referred to him that they were alone, as several mothers in a construction site were caught by IACM. Those puppies had to go to Anima as the Pet Shop contacted by Ms. Ian could not feed them night time! Anima–Rescue and New Dog Under SPP (SPP1833-Jenkin)!

<02-01-2017> SPP1833-Jenkin (M), with an estimated age of five years old, now under our Special Protection Program (SPP), was rescued by Anima on 2nd January 2017, after a call from Ms. Rebecca reporting that a dog was found sick in a site of Coloane. According to Rebecca, Jenkin refused to eat for few days and he was getting skinny. Jenkin was sent to a clinic for consultation and  needs to stay there temporarily. Thanks Ms. Rebecca!
