Anima–December Rescue (C1348-Mini)!

<03-12-2016> C1348-Mini (F), with an estimated age of three months old, was rescued by Anima on 3rd December 2016, after a call from Ms. Lam reporting that a kitten fell down from a terrace in Rua de Camilo Pessanha. Mini was sent to a clinic for further examination. She is staying in the clinic under observation now. Thanks Ms. Lam! Please help us to help them! Never Abandon your pet! Anima-December Sad News (B056-BB)!

<03-12-2016> B056-BB was rescued by Anima on 23rd November 2016, after a call from Ms. Gina reporting that a bird was found soaking and unable to fly near Macau Polytechnic Institute. BB was sent to a clinic for consultation. According to the vet, BB was still very young and had not learnt how to fly. BB was sent to a clinic and had been staying in the clinic for observation. We were informed by the clinic that BB passed away today. R.I.P. my friend! Please help us to help them! All animals have rights! Anima-December Sad News (C432-Whitney)!

<03-12-2016> C432-Whitney (M), with an estimated age of seven years old now, was rescued by Anima on 22nd November 2012, after a call from Ms. Lee reporting that an injured cat was found in the border gate. He had been staying in the clinic since 23rd November 2016 due to Dermatitis. He had severe skin lesion on the back, the skin was inflamed and irritated, found with Feline Pancreatitis and dehydrated as well. Unfortunately Whitney couldn’t make it. We were informed by the clinic that he passed away last night and the cause of death was Pancreatitis. R.I.P. my friend! Never Abandon your pets! Anima–December Adoption (C1330-Shelko)!

<03-12-2016> Shelko was adopted by Ms. O on 3rd December 2016! C1329-Sheldon (M) and C1330-Shelko (M), were rescued by Anima on 10th November 2016, both with an estimated age of four months old, after a call from Ms. Hao reporting that there was a cat mother with two kittens that needed help in Rua 1 de Maio. According to Ms. Hao, the mother gave birth few times already. Her kittens Sheldon and Shelko were caught that day. We would try to set a trap to catch the month later as she was difficult to approach. Sheldon and Shelko were sneezing, they had an eye infection and nose discharge as well. Anima-Donations from the community!

<30-11-2016> In the last days of November, we have received several donations from individuals of our community. Some of them really surprised us because we could see how their life is so difficult! Few days ago, a worker from a construction site, just came to our office in Macau, after working time, still using his very worn uniform, and donated to us MOP3,000. He didn’t want any picture with us and justified his donation with our well known job supporting animals in the construction site. We are not authorized to disclose the names of our donors, but we must talk about common people who cares about animals much more than many rich people or even middle class people who just talk but do nothing! Anima-New Dog under SPP on December (SPP1822-Ebony)!

<02-12-2016> SPP1822-Ebony (F), with an estimated age of seven months old, is  under our Special Protection Program (SPP) since 2nd December 2016, after a call from Ms. Gina reporting that her colleague, Ms. Rosa, found a skinny dog alone in a site of Macau. The people who used to work in the site has moved out and there is no food for Ebony. We failed to catch Ebony as she is scared of people. Anima-December Sad News (688-Teddy)!

<02-12-2016> 688-Teddy (M), with an estimated age of ten years old now, was delivered by Anima on 19 November 2011, after a call reporting that a dog was found in a site and needed our help. Teddy had stayed with us since that day. Today Teddy was found not willing to move and refuse to eat in the morning. He was shivering and had high fever. He was sent to a clinic for consultation. It was not the first time that this happen. Several times he had to be sent to clinics! Unfortunately Teddy passed away in the clinic this afternoon, and the cause of death was Pneumonia. His body was delivered to Macau Kennel and we will collect the ashes later. Every morning when we pass his pen, we could always hear his voice, just like he was saying “good morning” to us. Abandonment, Cooperation Anima-IACM (SPP1770)!

<02-12-2016> SPP1770-Whistle (M), on the time with an estimated age of three years old, together with SPP1771-Fat Boy (M), on the time with an estimated age of 2.5 years old, were under our Special Protection Program, after being rescued by Anima on 15th August 2016, following a call from Ms. Chan reporting that two dogs were found injured after a fight in the site of MGM. According to the guard, Whistle was bitten by seven dogs that were all living in another site. Whistle and Fat Boy were sent to a clinic for treatment. Multiple holes were found on Whistle’s body, the chest, the abdomen and the left shoulder. As the wounds were very wide and deep, he needed over 60 stitches to close all them up. Whistle had a severe bleeding and was under IV Dripping. Fat Boy had two wounds on the testicles, the left thigh got a deep hole...
