Anima–November Rescue and Sad News (1821-Kamo)!

<30-11-2016> 1821-Kamo (M), with an estimated age of ten years old, was rescued by Anima already dead on 30th November 2016, after a call from Mr. Leong reporting that a dog body was found under a truck in Seac Pai Van. No superficial wounds were found on the body. The body was collected to Anima to be delivered to Macau kennel. R.I.P. my friend! Thanks Mr. Leong! Please help us to help them! Never Abandon your pet! Anima–November Adoption (1610-Reeve)!

<30-11-2016> Reeve was adopted by Ms. Celeste on 30th November 2016! 1609-Reed (M) and 1610-Reeve (M), on the time both with an estimated age of 1.5 months old, were rescued by Anima on 21st December 2015, after a call from Ms. Julie and Mr. Lee reporting that two puppies were found on a road in Cotai. Reed was adopted on 19th March 2016 already. Today Reeve was adopted as well. Thanks Ms. Celeste! Please Adopt and never Buy! Anima-November Sad News (C1029-Vita)!

<30-11-2016> C1029-Vita (F), with an estimated age of five years old now, was rescued by Anima on 8th September 2015, after a call from Ms. Cheang reporting that she found an injured cat in an underbrush near the border gate. Vita’s leg seemed crushed by a car. She was sent directly to a clinic. She had recovered and had been staying with us since that. Today Vita’s body temperature was found very low that we even couldn’t read it. She was dehydrated and her breathing was weak. Unfortunately she passed away this afternoon due to renal failure. R.I.P. my friend! Never Abandon your pets! Anima–November Rescue (C1346-Kara)!

<30-11-2016> C1346-Kara (F), with an estimated age of three years old, was rescued by Anima on 30th November 2016, after a call from Mr. Ferreira reporting that a cat needed our help. According to Mr. Ferreira, his friend had over ten dogs and one cat at home, but his friend disappeared suddenly and the contract of the apartment will be finished on 1st December. Mr. Ferreira also mentioned that his friend didn’t treat the animals well. Most of his dogs were adopted already and only one dog and one cat was not. The last dog was picked up by another animal association and we took over the cat. Kara was checked by our vet and dewormed. She is staying with us now. Thanks Mr. Ferreira! Anima–Cat Under SPP Returned (SPPC1323-Tissy)!

<29-11-2016> Tissy was released on 29th November 2016! SPPC1323-Tissy (M), on the time with an estimated age of 15 years old, was under our Special Protection Program (SPP) and rescued by Anima, through Michele, on 5th November 2016, somewhere in Taipa. Tissy was checked by our vet and dewormed. He had upper respiratory tract infection, gingivitis, stomatitis, conjunctivitis and lump. He stayed with us temporarily for treatment. He has recovered and returned to his former place today. Michele is responsible for him in that area. Thanks Michele! Please help us to help them! Do not abandon your pet! Anima–November Temporary Accomodation (827-Susa)! 

<29/11/2016> 827-Susa (Muchi) is now accommodated in Anima for immigrant procedures as the family is going back to Australia. Susa (F), with an estimated age of five years old now, was rescued by Anima on 2nd June 2012 in Hac Sa. Her siblings, 822-Fanni, 823-Sam, 824-Lola, 825-Brownie, 826-Whitey, all were rescued as well. This program is mainly available to members and adopters at special rates. For dogs, 50 patacas per day and for cats 30 patacas per day. In case of members the membership fees must be update and fully paid for all the year (MOP 360). Who has adopted one animal from Anima do not pay any accommodation fee in the first year of adoption provided the period of accommodation does not exceed 15 days! So, this program is also conceived to convince community members to be our members. For a dog, for instance, for a 15 days period, the savings is 750...

Rescue and Temporary Accomodation (SPPC1324-1327)!

<29-11-2016> The mother, SPPC1324-Polly (F), on the time with an estimated age of three years old, together with her kittens, SPPC1325-Becky (F), SPPC1326-Sawyer (M) and SPPC1327-Huck (M), on the time all with an estimated age of 1.5 months old, were under our Special Protection Program (SPP) and rescued by Anima, through Michele, on 7th November 2016, somewhere in Taipa. Polly had upper respiratory infection and the breathing was not clear. Becky, Sawyer and Huck had eye discharge and inflammation. They were returned to their former place after dewormed and medication prescribed in the same day. Today they were brought to Anima again. Polly is staying with us to be spayed. <29-11-2016> SPPC1318-Squiggle (M), on the time with an estimated age of three months old, was under our Special Protection Program and rescued by Anima, through Michele, on 24th October 2016, somewhere in Taipa. Squiggle was brought to Anima because he was slightly dehydrated and very skinny. He had upper respiratory infection and got watery discharge on both eyes. He was returned to the former place after the medication was prescribed in the same day. Today he was brought to Anima again as he was found sneezing, the mandibular lymph nodes were swollen as well.
