Anima–October Adoption (C1265, C1266)!

<23-10-2016> Saunder and Sarika were adopted by Mr. Chan on 23rd October 2016! See them now and when were rescued! C1265-Saunder (M), together with C1266-Sarika (F), on the time both around 2.5 months old, were rescued by Anima on 20th August 2016, after a call from Mr. Leong reporting that two kittens were found under a truck in Rua 2 Iao Hon and they were weak. Mr. Leong sent them to a clinic and took care of them one night. They were collected by Anima and checked by our vet in the next day. Both of them had upper respiratory and flea infection. The eyes were red and inflamed. They were not willing to eat, got hypothermia, and were sneezing and coughing as well. Both of them were fostered temporarily by our cat supervisor Peng as they needed force feeding. Saunder and Sarika have stayed with us until now. Thanks Mr. Chan! Please Adopt and never Buy! Anima–October Adoption (SPPC1079-Patton)!

<23-10-2016> Patton was adopted by Mr. Un on 23rd October 2016! SPPC1079-Patton (M), three years old, was under our Special Protection Program and wasrescued by Anima through Michele, on 27th November 2015, somewhere in Taipa. Patton had fever and both eyes were inflamed. He was neutered and after recovered was returned to his former place, on 21st January 2016. He was brought to Anima again on 2nd March 2016. A hole was found in his mouth, the ears were dirty and the gums were red and inflamed. According to Michele, Patton was probably bitten by the dogs in the area, as there were several dogs attacking cats on the time. Patton stayed with us for medical treatment. Anima–October Rescue (C1315-Okra)!

<22-10-2016> C1315-Okra (F), five years old, was rescued by Anima on 22nd October 2016, after a call from Ms. Ao reporting that she rescued a cat last Saturday in Rua de Kun Iam Tong. Okra was sent to a clinic by Ms. Ao as she has difficulty to breathe. According to the vet, her stomach was inside the chest, and the right hind leg was fractured. Ms. Ao asked our help because she couldn’t afford the surgery expenses. Okra was sent to a second clinic by us for further examination. She will have the surgery tomorrow but this surgery is  risky. Anima–October Adoption (C1290-Roller)!

<22-10-2016> Roller was adopted by Mr. Kuok on 22nd October 2016! C1290-Roller (M), on the time one month old, was rescued by Anima on 23rd September 2016, after a call from Ms. Wong reporting that a kitten was found in Rua do Cunha. Roller was collected to Anima and checked by our vet. He got a reddish eye lid, and had fungal and fleas infection as well. Anima–Sad News (C1278-Eldie)!

<19-10-2016> C1278-Eldie (F), seven years old, together with C1279-Solar (M), three years old, were rescued by Anima on 14th September 2016, after a call from Ms. Fong referring that an old man lived with his five cats in Edf. Man Fong and they were forced to move out recently. All his belongings were thrown out to the street including his cats. This is not acceptable! Humans and animals are thrown to the street like stuff! How can the Government be indifferent to such kind of cruelty? Three of his cats run away and the other two cats, Eldie and Solar, were put on the street inside cages by someone.
