Anima–Rescue (C1310-Polytec)!

<14-10-2016> C1310-Polytec (M), four months old, was rescued by Anima on 14th October 2016, after a call from Ms. Chan reporting that a kitten was rescued by her near the bus stop of Edf. Va Pou Garden yesterday. Polytec was shaking and soaking,  refused to eat and has discharge on his eyes. Ms. Chan didn’t know how to take care of him and asked our help. Polytec was checked by our vet and dewormed. He has difficulty in breathing, and shows pain when we touch his chest. He was  sent to a clinic for an x-ray and further examination. He has severe pneumonia and needs to stay overnight there. Thanks Ms. Chan! Please help us to help them! Never Abandon your pet! Anima–Services provided to our community (1808-Hac Chai)!

<13-10-2016> Anima helped Mr. Ng to deliver his dog 1808-Hac Chai (M) to a clinic as he doesn’t have a car. Hac Chai is sick and getting slim that even couldn’t put a collar. He has been to several clinic but the treatment seems not working well. Today Hac Chai was sent to a clinic for another opinion. Hac Chai is slim and the owner seems trying the best to help him! That is the reason why we helped him! Hac Chai needs to stay in the clinic temporarily for observation. A fee is collected to help the financing of our activities. Some community members that cannot afford do no pay at all. Anima members are exempt! To be a member of Anima you just need to pay an annual fee of MOP 360 if you are an adult or MOP 120 if you are a juvenile! Please help us to help them! Never abandon your pet! Abandoning...

Anima–Rescue and Return (SPP1807-Lucky)!

<13-10-2016> SPP1807-Lucky (M), one year old, was under our Special Protection Program and rescued by Anima on 7th October 2016, after a call from Mr. Leong reporting that a dog was getting slim and had an eye problem in a site somewhere in Coloane. Lucky was brought to Anima and checked by our vet. He was returned to his former place after the medication was prescribed. Today he was sent to a clinic because he has a glaucoma in his right eye. He was returned to his former place after consultation. Mr. Leong is responsible for him in that area and we will also keep an eye on him as he continues too slim! Thanks Mr. Leong! Anima–Rescue and Sad News (C1309-Weavy)!

<13-10-2016> C1309-Weavy (F), eight months old, was rescued by Anima already dead on 13th October 2016, after a call from Gina reporting that a cat body was found in Av. do Conselheiro Borja. The body was destroyed. Weavy may have been caught  by a car. We collected the body and it will be delivered to Macau kennel. R.I.P. my friend! Thanks Gina! Please help us to help them! Anima–Rescue (C1308-Kuromi)!

<13-10-2016> C1308-Kuromi (M), two months old, was rescued by Anima on 13th October 2016, after a call from Ms. Fong reporting that a kitten was found in a plastic bag near Sacred Heart Canossian College. Kuromi was checked by our vet and dewormed. He has upper respiratory infection and conjunctivitis and  both of his eyes got yellowish discharge as well. He is under observation now. Thanks Ms. Fong! Anima–Adoption (SPP1443-Seafood)!

<13-10-2016> SPP1443-Seafood was adopted by Ms. Tracy on 13th October 2016! Anima is taking care of around 30 dogs in Coloane kennel under an agreement between IACM and Anima! This agreement allows IACM and Anima to keep some dogs caught by IACM alive in Coloane kennel under Anima management! SPP1443-Seafood was living there in pen 20 and was now adopted! Thanks Ms. Tracy! <13-10-2016> Eyan was adopted by Mr. Jens on 13th October 2016! C1298-Eyan (M), 2.5 months old, was rescued by Anima on 6th October 2016, after a call from Ms. Chan reporting that a kitten was found in Patio da Pedra on 5th October 2016. Anima–Adoption (C1271-Kimchi)!

<13-10-2016> Kimchi was adopted by Ms. Iacovazzi on 13th October 2016! C1271-Kimchi (F), together with C1272-Miso (M), on the time both around two months old, were rescued by Anima on 1st September 2016, after a call from Ms. Ng reporting that two kittens were found in Edf. Fai Sam Kok. Our rescue team arrived the place and noted also that the mother was with them. The residents claimed that two other kittens were found dead from starving few days before and one other kitten body was found in the building upon arrival> Probably he had fall down from the building. The mother escaped on the time and we had set up a trap to catch her. Kimchi and Miso were brought to Anima. Miso’s right eye was infected and could barely open. Both were fostered temporarily by our cat supervisor Ms. Peng as they needed observation. Kimchi has stayed with us until her adoption. Thanks Ms....

Anima – October Sad News (B052-Gubon)!

<12-10-2016> B052-Gubon was rescued by Anima on 11th October 2016, after a call from our supervisor Zoe reporting that she found a bird that couldn’t fly in Rua 2 Iao Hon. Gubon was sent to a clinic and had been staying in the clinic for observation. We were informed by the clinic that Gubon passed away today. R.I.P. my friend! Please help us to help them!
