Anima–October Rescue (C1315-Okra)!

<22-10-2016> C1315-Okra (F), five years old, was rescued by Anima on 22nd October 2016, after a call from Ms. Ao reporting that she rescued a cat last Saturday in Rua de Kun Iam Tong. Okra was sent to a clinic by Ms. Ao as she has difficulty to breathe. According to the vet, her stomach was inside the chest, and the right hind leg was fractured. Ms. Ao asked our help because she couldn’t afford the surgery expenses. Okra was sent to a second clinic by us for further examination. She will have the surgery tomorrow but this surgery is  risky. We hope everything will be alright. Okra is staying in the clinic for observation now. Thanks Ms. Ao! Please help us to help them! Never Abandon your pet! Anima–October Adoption (C1305-Rabbie)!

<22-10-2016> Rabbie was adopted by Mr. Gomes Miguel on 22nd October 2016! C1304-Randi (F) and C1305-Rabbie (M), both three months old, were rescued by Anima on 8th October 2016, after a call from Ms. Ding reporting that she found two kittens in Rua De Pedro Coutinho. Anima–October Adoption (C1290-Roller)!

<22-10-2016> Roller was adopted by Mr. Kuok on 22nd October 2016! C1290-Roller (M), on the time one month old, was rescued by Anima on 23rd September 2016, after a call from Ms. Wong reporting that a kitten was found in Rua do Cunha. Roller was collected to Anima and checked by our vet. He got a reddish eye lid, and had fungal and fleas infection as well. He was fostered by our Treasurer Ms. Connie temporarily as he needed a closed observation. Roller has stayed with us until now. Thanks Mr. Kuok! Please Adopt and never Buy! Anima–Rescue and Return (SPPC1286, SPPC1287)!

<20-10-2016> SPPC1286-Tai Mui (F) and SPPC1287-Sai Mui (F), on the time both six months old, were under our Special Protection Program (SPP) and were rescued by Anima through Ms. Rella on 23rd September 2016. They live somewhere in Macau. Today they were sent to a clinic for spay. They were returned to their former place after surgery. Ms. Rella is responsible for them in that area. Anima–Sad News (C1278-Eldie)!

<19-10-2016> C1278-Eldie (F), seven years old, together with C1279-Solar (M), three years old, were rescued by Anima on 14th September 2016, after a call from Ms. Fong referring that an old man lived with his five cats in Edf. Man Fong and they were forced to move out recently. All his belongings were thrown out to the street including his cats. This is not acceptable! Humans and animals are thrown to the street like stuff! How can the Government be indifferent to such kind of cruelty? Three of his cats run away and the other two cats, Eldie and Solar, were put on the street inside cages by someone. The old man asked our help because he is living in social housing which do not allow people to have pets. Eldie and Solar were collected to Anima and checked by our vet. Anima–Rescue (C1313-Asahi)!

<19-10-2016> C1313-Asahi (F), three months old, was rescued by Anima on 19th October 2016, after a call from Ms. Leong reporting that a kitten was found near Pui Ching Middle School. Asahi was soaking and seemed to have an injury on the legs. Ms. Leong sent Ashai to a clinic and found that there was a fracture on her pelvis bone, but the vet said she is too young to receive a surgery now. Ashai was then transferred to a second clinic by us. According to the second clinic, the vet could run a surgery and put a small metal board between the pelvis bones to keep the bones in place.
