Anima–October Rescue (SPPC1161-Midget)!

<05-10-2016> SPPC1161-Midget (F), around 2.5 years old, was under our Special Protection Program since 14th April 2016, after a call from Michele reporting that she needed vaccination, internal and external deworm. She was returned to her former place in the same day after vaccinated and dewormed. Today Midget was brought to Anima again by Michele as she was vomiting, dehydrated and not eating as well. She is staying with us under medication and observation now. Thanks Michele! Please help us to help them! Never Abandon your pet! Anima – October Adoption (C1247-Bridge)!

<05-10-2016> Bridge was adopted by Ms. Sou on 5th October 2016! C1247-Bridge (M), around three years old, was rescued by Anima on 29th July 2016, after a call from the police Mr. Ng reporting that a cat was found by a resident in the Friendship Bridge. Bridge was brought to Anima and checked by our vet. There were a lot of bite marks and minor wounds on his body. He has recovered and stayed with us until now. Thanks Ms. Sou! Anima –October Rescue (C1296-Cheese)!

<04-10-2016> C1296-Cheese (M), two weeks old, was rescued by Anima on 4th October 2016 around 6:30pm, after a call from Mr. Wong reporting that a kitten was found in Guia Municipal Park without the mother beside. Cheese has upper respiratory infection and dehydration. He is fostered temporarily by our supervisor Zoe as he still needs milk feeding. Thanks Mr. Wong and Zoe! Please help us to help them! <02-10-2016> 1806-Jojo (F), one year old, was rescued by Anima on 2nd October 2016, after a call from Ms. Rebecca reporting that a dog was found leashing under a tree at the park of R. do Meio. No microchip was found on her. If you are the owner please contact us as soon as possible. Jojo will stay with us temporarily as we are completely full and we can not guarantee that an aggression by other dogs will not happen! Our dogs live in groups, they are never alone! Anima – October Rescue (SPP1592-Benton)!

<01-10-2016> SPP1592-Benton (M), one year old, together with his siblings SPP1593-Bevis, SPP1594-Bond, SPP1595-Benton, SPP1596-Basia, SPP1597-Belva and the mother, SPP1598-Benita that were under our Special Protection Program since 4th December 2015, live in a site, somewhere in Coloane. We were informed that Benton’s left thigh was injured and he refused to eat for two days. His wound was quite big, needed six stitches to close it up. His blood test report showed that he has slightly anemia. He is staying with us under treatment now. Please help us to help them! Never Abandon your pet! Anima – October Sad News (C1283-Mcdull)!

<01-10-2016> C1270-Mei (F), around two years old, was rescued by Anima on 26th August 2016, after a call from Ms. Choi reporting that a cat fell down from a building in Estrada Mei Keng to her balcony and entered her apartment. Mei was collected to Anima. She was checked by our vet and no injury was found on her body. C1283-Mcdull was born by her in Anima on 18th September 2016. Anima – October Return to family (C1295-Mi)!

<01-10-2016> C1295-Mi (F), two years old, was rescued by Anima on 30th September 2016, after a call from Mr. Marco reporting that a cat was found with blood in Institute R. de Sacadura Cabral. Mi was sent to a clinic immediately. According to the vet, two parts of her back bone were fracture. She was staying in the clinic for a night and then transferred to a second clinic for further examination. According to the second vet, the broken parts of her back bone might recover herself in six to twelve months. Mi was staying in a second clinic temporary for observation. The owner, Mr. Chio,  contacted us last night telling that Mi escaped from the window during his apartment decoration. Mi was returned to Mr. Chio and he will responsible for the vet bill.
